Colin was very professional in manner. He took pictures of the insides of our ceiling vents as well as the blower housing and explained the issues we were facing. He and Tom cleaned our air ducts and blower housing and treated the interior air passes with Sanitizers. They also cleaned our dryer vent. My only complaint was they did not clean up underneath each vent as well as I would have liked. I had to go back and dust furniture and vacuum after they left. However, I feel sure that if I had noticed it before they left, they would have taken care of it.

Cleaning went as expected. They convinced us to spend an additional $800, for a sanitizing sevice which we weren't prepared for.

It went great. I am now able to keep the entire upstairs at any temperature I desire throughout the year. I'm amazed at how well the radiant barrier works at reducing the heat penetrating the attic space.

badly. the advertised $179 was for about a third of what needed to be done. uncaring, pushy, ridiculous situation. has to come back to clean filthy vent areas.

It went alright. It was not great. It took them a long time to respond, first of all, to make an appointment. Once we did get an appointment, they were only able to do limited amount of cleaning because there was pet odors in the system. So they made a proposal, asking for a lot more money, to treat the problem of pet odors. I don't know. I just don't feel like I got a great value for that $174 that I paid. Actually, to this point in time, I'm not even positive what they did. I know what wasn't done, which is a greater disappointment than what was done, because what wasn't done was what needed to be done, treating the pet odor. They claimed that they used HEPA system or something like that, that would be only good for a one-time use and they couldn't use it again. So I guess, somehow or other, if they would have used the HEPA system, which to my mind was the better system, they would have screwed up one of their apparatus, and so they basically did something less than that. That's what it amounts to. I might use them in future, but I would have a better understanding of what they were going to do and what they were charging for what they were going to do and stuff like that. Because, to me, I'm still confused today, in terms of what they were able to do versus what actually needed to be done.

They have not returned my phone call or given me a quote.

)After the initial inspection from Mr. Michael Reardon, he met with us and discussed what was going on in our house and why we were getting sick. He had a tool that registered we had black mold built up in the whole house. He then explained that he would have to get his technicians to go under the house (in the crawl space) and evaluate the damage under there and why it happened. The technicians took pictures of under the house and reported back to Mr. Reardon. Mr. Reardon then came up with an estimate and really tried to do the best he could with helping us with our finances. We are retired persons and really needed help. the company went way beyond to help us out. Every detail Mr. Reardon told us that needed to be done was in fact done to a 110% value or more. The technicians that worked on our problem did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone. The professionalism of all we were in contact with, including the secretary that answers the phone and takes messages, were people you feel comfortable around and are what I call "People Persons" I have never worked with a company that had such wonderful employees and knowledgeable ones at that. If anyone needs this type of service or anything to do with Air Quality I would definitely recommend them.

I had the company come out for initial air duct cleaning, and was upset with first attempt. Manager called me back immediately and said they would refund and come back on site and do the job again, under his supervision. I was upset with initial trade call, but am satisfied that it seems they are willing to go above and beyond to correct any issues or problems with their client base.

Provider had to make two visits. There continued to be discharge of dirt after the first visit. The two men who came were professional, pleasant and appeared wholly capable. I was told by office staff this was highly unusual. They completed the task without additional charge and there has been no further discharge of dirt.

It worked out great. They actually came and did the work. I had to pay extra for the dryer vent cleaning because, the big deal didn't cover it. Angie's List needs to be more specific on the deal, because a first time home owner like me can get confused. He explained that it needed to be done. I thought it was for the dryer and it worked out in the end and I was happy. They showed it to me and told me that it could cause a fire. I was happy that he educated me on that. They were accurate, knowledgeable, and the guy that came out, his father had built my house. The pricing was good.

We set another and they didn't show for that one eitherAs for the work itself they appeared to do a good job and I would recommend them for that reason. The problem I had was that I had to make three appointments before they showed to perform the work. The original appoint made with my wife no one knew about when called after they missed it. We st another and they didn't show. I called the next morning and left a message that if they didn't have time to get to me let me know and I would go on Angie's list and cancel the order, They called back, set an appoint for the next day at 11am and called me about 10am to say if it was alright they could be there about 30 minutes early. As stated before they did a good job and was finished and out of the house in 20 minutes.

Th HVAC Tech (Rich) was outstanding! He arrived ahead of schedule, called before arriving, was thorough, competent, and courteous. he explained everything the problem, made the necessary repairs and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Awesome service. Rick made me aware that they were running a service special which I was totally unaware of which saved us money. The cost of service was very reasonable. Great all around experience!

I can't say enought about Advanced Air Solutions, they were Great! They arrived on time, were friendly and very professional. They explained the whole process before starting. I would highly recommend Advanced Air Solutions and will definitely use them again and again.

They were punctual and friendly. I'd suggest them to all in need of serious service. Air quality is vital and they excel in their field.

Went well, I got what I needed.

As far as I know it went well. Did not ratr quality simply because I know nothing about duct cleaning. I assume they did a good job. Everything else about the scheduling, response, etc. was fine.

Quick professional service.

Jeff and Lee came to complete an assessment and there was a lot of water under the house. They suggested that it may be from rain runoff but, that most of it was probably from old cast iron discharge pipes that were used when the house was built in 1970. They sent a guy to the house to place a portable sump pump in the crawl space to discharge the water. I called a plumber to look at the pipes and sure enough there were several discharge pipes that were cracked and leaking into the crawlspace. The entire system of cast iron pipes was replaced with schedule 40 PVC to solve the problem. I then contacted Jeff to let him know that the pipes had been replaced and that it was much drier in the crawlspace. He and Lee came and went into the crawlspace to assess the damage. There was evidence of broken and dry rotted joists and beams. They took the time to answer all of my questions and submitted via email an estimate to repair and replace the joists and beams that were holding up the house. A couple of weeks later I was on the schedule and Rodney and James came to begin the process. Pads of concrete were poured under the house and blocks were set on the pads to hold the beams and joists. Rodney and James are just the nicest guys you ever want to meet; as are Jeff and Lee. Rodney answered all of my questions and always let me know what time they would arrive on the subsequent days. The house had to be jacked up more than an inch in the areas that had broken joists. I thought this would be a major ordeal with lots of equipment and that I would have to vacate the house while all of the work was being done. To the contrary the experience was not what I had anticipated and was no inconvenience at all. I have two dogs and a cat who were not bothered at all by the guys working under the house. In addition, my neighbors dogs only barked at them about 5 minutes on the first day. Even the animals knew they were good guys. In all the experience was as pleasant as it can be when your house is basically caving in and needs to be rescued. It was a mess and the guys from Advanced Air Solutions saved my house and fixed the structural issues. I now have a solid foundation to work with thanks to Rodney, James, Jeff, and Lee

THEY CAME, THEY SIZED UP THE SITUATION, THEY CLEANED, THEY CLEANED UP AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY TO MY DOG! THEY COULD NOT CLEAN THE BLOWER MOTOR (OLDER) SO ANOTHER SERVICEMAN RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH. THEY GAVE ME TIPS ABOUT CLEANING FILTERS, SETTING THE THERMOSTAT. IN ALL, A SUPERIOR JOB.
