Description of Work: This company was wonderful in helping us to determine our HVAC needs and solutions! We had enormous power bills and nobody could determine the source of the problem. Mike Reardon worked with us relentlessly checking everything that could be the culprit. Finally, the solution came in the form of new HVAC unit and the installation of radiant barrier and new insulation in our attic. The estimate given handled all work even though there were some "hiccups" that occurred. The price resulted in being more than fair -- it was excellent for all the outstanding work performed. I cannot say enough about their courtesy, efficiency, workmanship, and knowledge of solving our problems! Our $700 power bill decreased to $200 immediately. Our home is now cooled and heated efficiently, no leaks in the attic, and the unit is so quiet that we hardly know when it is running. I would give this company and staff a 10+, and I definitely recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. They far exceeded our needs and expectations. A very high quality company!

Description of Work: They used an industries Hepatitis vacuum and sucked out all the vents in the house. They were initially on time but then informed us the hose was faulty and they had to go back and get another one. This took about an hour!

Description of Work: I had my vents vacuumed and cleaned. They also determined I had mold under the house. I got a sencond option about the mold in the crawl space and a competitor wanted $11,000. Advanced air charged $5000 and did the job well and in a timely manner. We will use them again.

Description of Work: I got an estimate from Advanced Air Solutions for air duct cleaning and sealing underneath the house.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I have used the company to clean the air ducts and dryer vent in my home. They have done an excellent job on both occassions.

Description of Work: I used Advanced Air Solutions last week for mold testing & removal.

Description of Work: We contacted this company in response to ad in newspaper. They arrived, diagnosed a mold infestation, then "fogged" our house with a solution that smelled like Chloraseptic - claimed to kill mold, bacteria, dust mites, pet dander, etc. They also examined our crawl space and gave us an estimate for remediation of what they described as a "severe" mold problem exacerbated by puddles of water and an inefficient moisture barrier requiring approximatly $4,600 worth of work. During the next couple of days, we began having second thoughts and decided to have a second inspection done. The second company examined our crawl space and reported that the damage was not as severe as had previously been reported. We allowed the second company to perform basically the same services for which Advanced Air had given us an estimate. In addition, the contractor washed all of my floor registers and cleaned my dryer vent. All this for much less than Advanced Air would have charged. The issue that concerned me the most was that a week after AA had fogged my home with chemicals which were guaranteed to kill mold, I still had mold growing on the floor registers. When we called to report this, we were told that while the stain might remain, the mold was, in fact, dead. To test this claim, I cultured a sample of the dead mold from the vent and now have a very interesting growth of mold in the culture medium.

Description of Work: We had mold and insulation deterioration in our crawlspace.Lee's crew took about a week to perform the work, 8 hours a day on their knees. They were very courteous and knocked on our door each morning before beginning work.They did a very thorough job of encapsulating our crawlspace. You could eat off the floor. I expect my energy use to drop considerably.Advanced air solutions said they would be back in 1 month and then annualy, at no charge, for an inspection.I would highly recommend Lee and his crew. Description of Work: I had a complete crawlspace renovated. I live by the water with lots of trees and my crawl space was full of mold and had been infested with animals. The men that came worked for two days to correct this problem. I had the insulation replaced and the mold was remediated. I had all the duct work cleaned and my outside unit cleaned. I also had a moisture barrier put down. I am going to use their service for my mothers house. They went above and beyond and my yard was cleaner than before they arrived. I hated to spend this kind of money but for what I got this was well worth it.
