Description of Work: The cleaned and sanitized our ducts. The smell is a little bit funky, but they said it was green and EPA certified, so I think it is fine! The previous owners of our home had many animals, smoked and used many scented candles. This combination of smells was not pleasant, even after painting and replacing carpets. It seems like this worked- I haven't smelled any of it since they were here earlier this morning! I only have 2 complaints: one is that they were 30 minutes late. A phone call would be nice. I run a tight ship in terms of time, which is why I chose an 8:30 am appointment...hoping to be the first of the day. The second is that I wish they had put covers on their shoes. There are dirt stains on my carpet from their boots...which is fine, as the carpet is getting steam cleaned next week, so it doesn't really bother me. But if it had just been cleaned, I wouldn't have been happy. Other than that- no complaints. They were extremely professional.
