AAS is, to say the least, a take the exorbitant fee and disappear firm. When hired they based their fee on the number of registers. Within 15 minutes of their arrival they declared it unnecessary to clean the ductwork and pushed the chemical treatment of the blower assembly. This came to $500. After they left, condensate from the cooling coils began appearing on the floor. After assuring me at least twice during the sales pitch that they were available any time by phone, three calls were ignored. When I finally did contact them by phone 4 days later, I was told that they would check it out. That was almost a week ago with nothing since. The leaking was finally stopped by my heat & air company. I'm awaiting their bill, which I'm sure will be substantial.

Same day service, on time, pleasant, fixed the problem on both occasions.

Two young men came to our home to clean power vents and HVAC ducts. They were prompt, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The price for all 10 ducts and vents was $125. I thought this was very reasonable for the amount of work that they did. They were professional and yet friendly. The young man said we would notice the difference in the amount of dust in our home after cleaning the ducts. In fact we have noticed a tremendous difference and our house is much less dusty. I would highly recommend Advanced Air Solutions for your duct work and vent cleaning.

Repar guy showed up on time and was very friendly. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. The cost for repair was a bit pricey, however, it was worth it seeing as they were available immediately (other companies I called were unavailable for several days and tried offering me after hours visits and wanted to charge me after hours prices!)

Good work, on time, professional, but the ultimate fix was 3 times the cost of the estimate, but even so the value seems good. Time will tell.

Excellent service! Rich was prompt, thorough and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed our problem and repaired it. He explained the problem we were having, outlined the recommended solution and answered all of our questions before resolving the problem. Great work...highly recommend using this company

Rich D. was very professional, arrived on time, and answered all of my questions. Plus took the time to explain what the semi annual service entails and the importance of having this serviced performed twice a year.

Rich came and performed a seasonal maintenance and signed me up for an annual service agreement. He was very friendly and very sweet to my dogs. Will definitely use them again!
