Advanced Air Solutions, Inc office responded quickly and scheduled the visit for the next day. The young lady who scheduled the appointment was very professional and pleasant. The tech was prompt, very nice and got us taken care of in no time. He knew what he was doing and got in and out. This might be the first time I have ever felt like I wasn't getting ripped off and upsold by an HVAC company at Carolina Beach. We installed a 12,000 BTU split AC system to cool an enclosed balcony in our 70 year old church. The installation was much more difficult than at first appeared. A special drill was rented to bore a 3 inch hole through a full foot of extremely hard brick. This took a couple of extra hours. Then electric connections had to made running about 100 feet through a crawl space crowded with central AC ducts installed by another company. This was extremely difficult and time consuming. When it was all done the entire job took several hours more than projected. Advanced Air stuck by their original estimate even though it was obvious that they lost their profit on this job due to the unanticipated difficulties. The management and workers were careful and respectful throughout the process. The final result was attractive, functional and all the difficulties were out of sight. Great job!!!

Excellent customer service!

Service included mold removal, duct line replacement, new poly to crawl space ground & replacement of duct lines. Young men performing the work were very courteous and professional and did a beautiful job. In addition, Colin was always available to answer any of our questions.

Professional approach. Didn't sell me what I didn't need. Quarantined off areas that didn't need to get dusty, cleaned up after themselves. Kept me informed of progress. Hope to never have to hire them again, but if the need arises, they're my first call.

I scheduled a Dryer and A/C Heat vent cleaning at one of my rental properties. The first appointment got cancelled the exact time they were scheduled to show up (wasted my day). 2 weeks later on the second appointment, they only cleaned the dryer vent and said they were too busy to clean the other vents that I needed to make another appointment. So far I have 2 appointments, and 2 days and now I have to schedule a 3rd appointment. Will go somewhere else for the remaining work,
