Description of Work: They installed a furnace, AC and heat pump for us.

Description of Work: Our heat pump failed over the Labor Day weekend. The tech came out on the weekend, and explained our options clearly and offered some ideas. They topped off the R22, but it did not help. He put us on the list for a call back when the shop opened on Tueaday. We got a call from Eric on Monday afternoon, and he offered to come right over to take a look. After inspection, he described how the coil was pretty much toast, and the unit was very old, and needed replacement. We went over many options, which again, he explained very clearly. The next day we had a quote on several systems. We selected one, and have scheduled the installation. They have been great every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Would have responded at 1 a.m., but we felt that was not necessary. Checked on why heat pump wasn't heating properly. Problem was identified as being related to Energy Saving System.

Description of Work: I've had an annual SAM Agreement (Safety and Maintenance) with 4 Seasons since 2010. Twice a year they perform a thorough cleanup/tune-up/inspection. Agreement also includes 24-hour emergency service. | |On Friday, May 9, 2014 I realized one of my HVAC systems wasn't working. They were here the next day to do the repair (replace capacitor). Cost for the repair was $78.

Description of Work: This was a MAJOR repair for us so we tried to check out all possibilities before shelling out $$$$. After it was completed, we felt like we had gotten honest work, for an honest price. that's pretty great, actually! |We wound up replacing our entire heat pump system, installing a new steam humidification set up, having our drier exhaust conduit replaced, having the electrical work brought up to code, since it wasn't before, even though we had never known that... And now feel safe about the whole proceedings. We passed on a competitor, who offered a huge savings coupon if we paid for it before finding out what we needed, because that seemed shady. Glad we went with this company. I will add a later assessment if anything changes. |Also, good friends told us to be sure to compare prices with a different company, .. We did and the $$$ was almost the same, without the "pay cash for a discount creepiness."

Description of Work: Sealed crawl space, wet crawl space is now clean and dry. Every person I dealt with were professional. Installation was completed on time. They called if they were going to be late. They explained everything that was done. Very pleased with their work!

Description of Work: I have a Service Contract with 4 Seasons. They come three times a year to check on your Heating and Air Systems. They also provide you with replacemen filters for your home with each visit. They are very promp on arrival times and extra courteous while working in your home. The Office Staff are just as courteous. They have 24/7 call service
