I feel that it couldn't have gone smoother. Scheduled appointment, on time, work performed professionally and courteously. I have been very pleased with 4 Seasons over the several years that I have been a customer.

I can speak extremely highly of them. Before we took on replacing the heat pump, ducting etc I got bids from four different companies and made sure that they measured the cubic feet of the house and the glass surface and so on and so forth to get accurate bids because it is very technical to know how to size a unit for a structure and they were the best at what they did.

They're quite excellent. I'm quite fussy, I'm very careful with contractors. We have them come out when the seasons change to just check on the equipment and service it. We have a service scheduling plan setup with them. They were competitive. The work was very good. We have referred them and recommended them.

The contracting company through my home warranty agency couldn't come out to repair it until tomorrow, over 24 hours since I submitted the service request. I opted to contact Four Seasons instead. I called them around 8:30 AM, a technician was at my house in just over an hour, and my AC was temporarily repaired (until a replacement part can be ordered) within 2.5 hours of my initial call. I am extremely pleased with the service I received!

We initially called them for no AC. We had gone with a competitor that took days to find the problem, and then due to a shoddy repair job, we had another leak in the copper tubing at site of repair. 4 Seasons found the problem almost immediately and repaired it properly. We now have them come out every 6 months for preventative maintenance and seasonal cleaning. All employees have been professional and courteous.

We called them on a Sunday and they came out that same day to take care of the problem! We love them!

They are prompt. He was going to be late so he called and told me he was in a staff meeting so he was going to be late. He was here, he was clean and efficient. I was very pleased with the service. They are just a bit high on price but they have a scheduled weekend coverage for emergency and if I have an emergency, they will be there.

Showed up on time. Was really nice. We knew we needed Freon. He checked that and the pressure and the left. We are still having issues keeping our upstairs cool. Don't think anything was diagnosed / fixed.

They were timely in getting people out. The estimate process was easy and the work they did was very good. The personnel they had come out were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything that they completed and they produced the binder with the invoices and a rebate form for the energy company. Their customer service was good. I received estimates from other companies but I decided to go with them because the contractor I had used previously had recommended them and they came in with a very reasonable price. They gave me a computer-generated estimate right down the spot. The person who came out for the estimate actually had a mobile printer in his vehicle so he was able to get back to me right away.

They do a TERRIFIC job. They worked closely with us on our energy efficient system and installed on time on budget. They are very prompt - even on a Sunday evening in the winter. they keep the house system in tip-top shape, are good about reminding us to get filters changed, etc. They are very neat - always use foot coverings in the house. Really polite and really thoughtful, thorough and efficient.

Their estimate was fair and reasonable. I had 4 estimates all within 300.00 |of each other. I picked 4 Seasons because they have serviced my A/C for the past 8yrs.

The company was very professional and I would use them again.

I have used Four Seasons for our annual maintenance as well as to install several HVAC systems for a bldg we own. They have always done an excellent job for a good price and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Everything went very well. They were prompt, courteous, pleasant, clean working and the little clean-up that was needed upon completion was done by them as well.

They were outstanding. They were honest and straight forward. There was no messing around the bush and they told me exactly what needed to be heard. It wasn’t really easy as I needed a whole new system but the person who came out explained everything very well as to why the old unit wasn’t being efficient in laymen’s terms and went ahead and explained how the increase in the efficiency of the newer system. He gave me several different options and their price was extremely competitive. Their knowledge was unbelievable. He found a hole in my system that three other companies that came out never found. It was pretty amazing. When my one year warranty is up I will definitely go ahead with a contract with them for heating and cooling.

The entire process went very well. Everyone was polite and professional. I hope that I don't need to replace another heat pump anytime soon but if I do I would not hesitate to use them again.

All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I think we started using them because my husband used them at his work. They have a pretty fast response time. I have never been unhappy with their pricing. I would continue to use them in the future.
