I called in the morning as soon as I realized that the AC wasn't working. I talked with the answering service and asked for immediate service, as my husband is recently a transplant patient and needs to be comfortable. Marty had been to our house in April to replace the thermostat and service the heat pump. At that time he gave me a run-down of the things that might need attention later in the season or next season. He called within an hour and was at the house 30 minutes later. He listened to my explanation of what was happening, looked at the thermostat to be sure it was set correctly, then went immediately to the outside unit and replaced the bad part. He was in and out in 15 minutes and didn't charge us for the service call or the part. Marty is great. He is just starting out in business and does a thorough job for a fair price. He is very conscientious, even putting on disposable "socks" over his outdoor shoes to keep from tracking dirt into the house. We were very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness and will call on him again in the future to take care of our heating/AC needs.

We were very impressed by the service and level of professionalism Marty, of Service Pros, displayed. Our A/C went out during the 90+ degree weather on 6/19 in the evening. We had no idea who to call so we went to Angie's List. This company was offering a 20% off coupon and had good ratings. I was nervous as you hear these stories about being ripped off by HVAC companies. We called Service Pros and within minutes Marty called us back and offered to come out right away if we wanted or he could come first thing the next morning. We elected the next morning as the evening was expected to cool off considerably. When Marty arrived, we were very impressed with his overall professionalism. He was on time, listened to us, gave a complete explanation of his findings, and did the work very quickly. He even put on booties to cover his shoes each time he went in and out of the house. His prices were reasonable and he even reminded us that his company offered a coupon on Angie's List! Oddly, one of my family member's AC went out the same day but they had used a different service. We were able to compare bills and able to confirm his prices were right in line. So, we are very happy with the service provided. Marty is one of those guys who is respectful and gains your trust very quickly. We've already told friends and family about him and one of them just had him inspect the HVAC at the home he is buying today! We will be using Service Pros again and highly recommend their services!

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Marty! Our air broke on one of the hottest days of the year (it was 92 degrees in our house and much hotter outside). We were sure all HVAC places were probably booked solid. In fact, we had already made plans to stay with friends that night because we were sure our air wouldn't be fixed. We called around noon, and the lady who answered the phone took down our information. We received a call within a few minutes, and the technician was at our house within 45 minutes. Our air was fixed within less than 2 hours of calling! We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend his services!

Marty was very professional and did a good job explaining what had occured, what he was doing, and what I should do in the future. My appointment was scheduled for Wed, at noon. Marty was in the area late Tue afternoon, and called me to see if I wanted him to look at it right then. A quick inspection discovered that my unit was still frozen, so Marty just pulled the breaker and said he would be back the next day, at my scheduled appointment time. All that I was charged was for the service call, and the freon that was added.

Martin is a very nice young gentleman with super professional skills and attitude. He came to my house 3 times to do all the work because I am remolding my house and he is needed at different stages to perform different jobs. He's always on time and perform superb job and clean the job site afterwards. I really appreciate all his help. His work is very good. I will use him again.

He was really good. He came out really quick, was here a few minutes early, and fixed the problem quickly. He even fixed some others things for free. He is very helpful.

The technician arrived on time. He listened to me and my problem. The technician quickly found the problem. He explained to me what he needed to fix, and gave me an estimate on how much it was going to cost. He replaced my indoor fan motor, and I was very grateful that he had my heat running in no time! The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I will definitely use this company in the future and I would highly recommend using this company to my family and friends.

The new install went smooth from Chuck selling me the unit to Rusty and Ken installing the new package unit. The inspector passed the inspection the first time and it looks so much better than my old lemon unit. In will call Service Pros when I decide to replace my upstairs unit.

We were very happy with Service Pros. They were able to come out the same day for a service call. Another company couldn't get us in for a few days.

Marty from service pros was the second company&technician we had look at this situation after the first company did not seem to understand or locate the issue. Marty was extremely professional and diligient in locating the heat pump leak, getting a quote, parts ordered, dealing with multiple reschedules I had to do because of travel and fundamentally fixing the issue to our satisfaction. He was very thorough and patient and extremely competent with the complex sustem. I hardly do reviews but feel compelled to do so because of Marty's professionalism in resolving this situation. Overall i had a very good experience with ServicePros. He wasprofessional, timely and communicative during the process. I think he did his very best to try to find the replacement part for my heating unit locally so the job could be completed sooner, but that wasout of his control. He was up front on the timing of how long it would take to get the part shipped in and promised he would be at my house the day after it would arrive, and he came through on his promise. He was also confident in his knowledge of what my home warranty would or would not cover, which put my family' mind at ease since the out of pocket expense could have been significant without the coverage by the home warranty. His knowledge was great to have on the spot since this was a high stress point for me and my family. He also did an additional favor for me while at my house. After the new gas pack was completed, there was a bit of time that the system needed to run so he could make sure that everything was working and heating properly. During this down time I had asked if he knew anything about gas fireplaces since I had not used mine since moving in to the house. He was confident in what he did and did not know and offered to take a look, relight the pilot light, and check the gas lines. I offered, but he did not charge any extra for taking the time to do this favor since he was there anyway. Overall a very good experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and good communication along the way.

Service Pro made a house call on a Saturday when our A/C stopped working. He was not able to fix it that day, because a compressor had to be ordered. He lent us a window A/C. He carried it upstairs and installed it. Marty Bush was very professional yet friendly and caring. He installed the compressor as soon as it came in. After installing it he came back later to make sure it was cooling like it should, and adjusted the freon.

I don't know where to begin. We were given Service Pros through our warranty company. I guess this is a legitimate company. The invoice he gave us had the company name and telephone number but that's it. No address, no website, and he had to write the invoice number in himself. The AC was leaking on a Sunday. The warranty company tried to have one company come to my house to fix it but they didn't respond. I ended up finding a company who came out (and was reimbursed). However, this company only partially fixed it. So the warranty company had Service Pros come out. Marty from Service Pros only fixed it temporarily and was still leaking water. If too much water leaked, then it would shut the system down. That's not what you want when the temperatures are always over 90 degrees. I called him on a Friday night to explain it wasn't working. He didn't seem overly concerned and said he would order the part on Monday. I called Monday morning and he hadn't ordered the part yet. This game went on each morning until he finally ordered the part several days later. In the meantime, each night my wife and I would go in the attic with a wet vac to soak up the water. He didn't seem too concerned. He FINALLY came to fix it. However, he didn't want to take the old parts yet until they dried out. About five days later we called to see when he would pick it up and he said the next day. We called the next day to see what time he would come but then he said it would have to wait until Saturday. So he finally picked up the old parts. Bottom line is he appears to have fixed the problem. But the process was a headache for me and my wife. i will never use Service Pros again.
