It went great. Mr. Honeycutt priced the job himself and closely supervised all work. He is a class act -- honorable, experienced, down-home Western NC man. His price was competitive. He discussed colors -- even drove us arond the neighborhood to show us examples of other work he had done. First rate all the way.

The group was punctual, hard working and very professional. These people had an old time work ethic which is rare to find. We were most pleased and impressed with their top quality skills and workmanship. They leave no sign that they have been upon the premises except for an impressive looking roofing job when they are gone.

It went well overall, with the original phone call resulting in a quote and a schedule.

My roof was leaking in 3 rooms and people had been telling me for years that it could not be fixed. I finally called Angie's List and they recommended me to this company. It was wonderful. They said I didn't have to pay until I was sure it wasn't leaking anymore. I was so pleased to work with such a professional, kind, and helpful company. I have recommended them to many friends.

They were great. Arrived on time. Got right to work. Explained everything as they went and showed me what they were doing. They found the source of the leaks. A previous roofer one year ago had flashed over rusted flashing and left rusted nails in the roof so leaks continued. Tearing out all of this and starting from scratch was the only way to correct the problem. The job took less time than they had estimated. They left the site neat and clean. I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. They were very knowledgeable, they came quickly and performed the work. They had to do an analysis to determine the problem. They went out and got the part, installed it and it fixed it. They were timely, efficient, they did the work and didn't mess anything up. They were fine and good guys. It was very fairly priced.

I felt that the price was fair and it was comprable to the other two bids that I recieved. They showed up on the day that they said they would and overall I was pleased with the work that they did.

Mr Honeycutt took my call on the weekend, agreed to call the following week at a specific time to set a date, and he kept his word. We showed up when he said he would, did the work when he said he would, and charged me exactly what was quoted. I couldn't afford some of the work suggested, so he came up with a cheaper, next best alternative. Work was professional, quick, and appears to be well done. With roofs, you really have to wait to see if the work holds up for a few years. All in all, I am very pleased and highly recommend. I should say that prior to joining Angies List, I had called 3 different roofers and had no luck getting someone to do this job, so I am very pleased!

I am very pleased with them. They did everything that they said they would do. Everything was in writing. They were very professional. They put on a new roof. Initially, they gave me an estimate on partial repair. They gave me several options and I decided to go for a new roof. They were very good with their cleanup. Everything was spick and span when they left. There were no materials left behind. I spent around $7000 on the job. I highly recommend them. Their price was competitive. They were very responsive. They got back to me within a day or two once I had called them. They were very punctual and professional. I will use this company again in the future.

They were a really good resource. They were very informative and prompt. They came out at 7:00 am the morning after I called them.

It went very well and I will use them again when I need my roof repaired. They were professional, very experienced and did not have all the constraints and problems of trying to deal with a larger outfit. It was really nice because the same guys who come to quote the job also do the work. Also, the price was less than half of the other company's quote.

Stanley Honeycutt and his crew were totally professional, efficeint, pleasant and accomodating. They were prompt, neat and delivered over and above what we expected. Without qualification, I will recommend them to anyone.

With only a couple of weather-related delays, and working a crew of 4 that are Mr. Honeycutt's permanent staff, they did the whole roof of many varied surfaces, the flashing, incidental chimney repair (not caused by them), repaired some of the guttering (that was previously damaged by another roof repair) all in 4 days. They cleaned up daily, did the minor repairs without additional charges, left us extra shingles in case they're needed, and called twice in the next two weeks to be sure no problems had developed. They left the driveways and yard clean, the shrubbery undamaged, the gutters sealed, and repainted the chimney base when they realized the original paint job didn't match the shingles well. We were given several choices of shingles, with explanations of each type, its rating & warranty. Only 2 weeks elapsed between the estimate and the actual job done. They were polite, professional, and on the job each morning at 7 as promised. Per his contract condition no payment was made til the job was finished and we reviewed it all.
