I cannot praise Moose highly enough. He shows up exactly when he says he will be there. He works quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Everything is in perfect working order when he leaves. This is the third time we have called him out to work on our locks.

Arrived on time the first time around, took a look at what we'd need, then arranged a time to come back. I believe we did have to wait a little on the return visit, but he was pleasant and got the job done. Did smell like cigarette smoke, which was a little bit of a downside.

We called Friday afternoon. He called back, came when he said he would. He rekeyed three locks for us quickly, efficiently, and was reasonable. He was a nice man. It was very positive.

We arranged a time and Morris came fully prepared do due the job so there was no running back to the shop (an old plumber's way to run up the bill). He went right to work and within an hour or so all the work was done and sawdust swept up and removed. If I have any more related work done, Action Lock will be the company to due the job. I recommend him to others without reservation.

Moose offered to come over within an hour of my call. I wasn't expecting such a quick response, so scheduled the service for 2 days later. He called before coming over, as promised, completed the service quickly, expertly, and for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend him.

It was a simple transaction. He did the work described above as requested and left after satisfactorily answering a few questions.

He was very prompt. He came when he said he would. He was really helpful. His price was very reasonable. He was friendly. I certainly would call him again if there is any need for a locksmith.

They were quite responsive. Overall we were pleased. However, when they encountered something they were not familiar with they did very little to help us think of a viable solution. I would describe the experience as more casual than professional however the work was done well.

After tearing my hair out with other companies, I've found my go-to guy. I didn't know what to expect when this guy named and quot;Mooseand quot; comes rolling up in an old beat up van... but he is sharp as a tack, fast, and the price tag was very reasonable. I had other locksmiths charge me four times what he charged and try to leave without getting the job done. I have already referred him to several friends and will continue to do so.
