Description of Work: I discovered a leak on a house I had just purchased after first having the water turned on and called them to have it looked at. The next morning a team of two came out and told me that the whole house would have to be re-plumbed so I asked for an estimate. The spent an hour and a half measuring and talking then as they were leaving told me I owed them $148.75. He told me someone from the office would call me within a day with the estimate. Nineteen days later, no one has called me.

Description of Work: Villazon Plumbing replaced the tub enclosure with a new shower stall enclosure, replaced bathroom sink and faucet and toilet. The bathroom flooring (carpeting was removed and replaced by them with vinyl and they took care of all the woodwork removal and replacement. Also all the drywall repair was done by the company. Our dishwasher broke during their bathroom work and a new one which I purchased was installed by them when they finished up in the bathroom. The work was done in an efficient and timely manner. All the company workers were skilled and personable and responsive. We are very satisfied with the work done and the professionals who did the tasks. We would use this company again and recommend Mike Villazon as an excellent plumbing contractor.
