Description of Work: Greg checked out a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. He was very thorough, sealed up some open caulking, and made sure the problem was resolved before he left. We have used Villazon in the past and will continue to do so.

Description of Work: Capped some frozen pipes. That went fine after slow to respond to email request. Very professional and informative at job site. Thought the bill was high based on my experience as property manager. Problem was when I had follow up leak. Could get a return call or email from office. Called prior tech directly since I had his cell. He didn't work weekend and referred me to another company but they didn't service the area. Final got job done the following week and never did hear from company on my service request.

Description of Work: Mike and his crew successfully located the source of moisture causing mold and musty odor from a leaking toilet pipe in the crawl space. They removed the toilet and sink fixtures and installed the offset flange correctly once we had the floor and subfloor repairs completed. They were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Mr. Villazon installed a water softener for me in my basement washroom. In addition, he rerouted and improved the plumbing and water filtering system while incorporating the water softener into it. He was thorough in explaining the newly installed plumbing system and how to service and troubleshoot the water softener. He also made sure to let us know if we had any problems, we could contact him. He was very courteous, professional, and timely in the performance of the job.

We have a daughter with a compromised immune system, and they are very accommodating. I trust them. Sometimes, they will stop what they are doing, and come back, if needed.

+ 0 moreRepairs were addressed quickly and professionally. Arrived right on time. The bill was very reasonable and we were glad to pay it for all the tasks performed and repairs made. Would prefer to call Villazon and no one else in the future. Period.
Description of Work: Called Villazon for a kitchen faucet problem and he fixed that and much more once on site. Charge was REALLY low considering all the fixes I requested. Spotted water supply leak under house (fixed), leaking joint under sink in master bath (fixed), repaired kitchen faucet (quickly!) and re-seated a toilet, at my request (works great now). No hard sell, very professional, courteous, expert. For us, it's Villazon and no one else now that we have seen their work. Great value!

He responded on a Sunday afternoon when I had some difficulty with water supply. On another occasion he called me when he noticed a broken pipe in my basement when he was there to winterize the home. He took care of everything and was very helpful.
Description of Work: I hired Mike to winterize my home for two years. I have also had him do some plumbing repairs for me.

+ -1 moreI had a failed water heater in a hard to reach area. Over time a leak had developed and ruined the floor beneath the heater. I called Villazon Plumbing based on their proximity and on an Angie's List 'A' rating. Within a couple of hours Mike arrived, assessed the situation, bypassed the water heater so that I would continue to have water and recommended Jayco Construction as a trustworthy source for repairing the floor. After Jayco (check out my rating on Jayco) had repaired the damage to the floor Villazon returned and installed a new water heater with all new piping, valves, pressure release piping and a containment pan. Villazon was prompt, professional, proficient and their prices were well within the norm..
