Dry Master arrived within the agreed upon time frame. The owner and one other employee immediately started to clean the carpets. They said it would take an hour which was right on. I really like their dry extraction cleaning system which does not depend on liquids and therefore does not have a long drying time. Carpets looked like new and there was no long term odor. We will definately call them in the future to do our rugs and carpets.

Great, only draw back was a late arrival

They were scheduled to do our work on Friday the 18th around 2PM, but the job before ours required more work than they were aware of so they didn't get to our house until 5PM. This was the reason I rated them a B in Punctuality. In their defense they spent extra time on the the job before us making sure their work was done properly so I felt like ours would be too. Also, Nancy (Joe's mother in law in the office) called us to let us know they were detained. When they arrived at 5PM they looked at the work we needed done to make sure they had the supplies they needed. As it turned out the padding from the previous job that was so hard for them to find was the same padding we needed! They determined it would take about 3 to 4 hours so we all agreed it would be better to start the work on Saturday morning around 8AM. They came back the next morning refreshed and completed our work in about 3 and 1/2 hours. We moved into our new house in October 2006 and after Joe and Daniel left it felt just like new again. We've sheduled them to come back and do the upstairs too!

Could not be better

The owner, Joe Russell arrived approximately 2.5 hours late; however there was one call from his office indicating serious difficulties with area traffic. He indicated to me there was one accident and at least one road construction site that caused his delay. Once Mr. Russell arrived, he vacuumed the rugs, then cleaned each rug. Mr. Russell was most professional, efficient and thorough. When he finished, the rugs were extremely clean and looked exceptional. When the rugs require cleaning again, we will utilize Mr. Russell's services.

Joe and his son, Daniel, arrived promptly and surveyed the wall to wall carpet to be cleaned. They drove 1.5 hours to my remote area. Originally, he gave me an estimate over the phone of $250 based upon my guess on the square footage of the 6 rooms and 1 hallway to be cleaned. Once he arrived, we agreed on the price of $267 upon verification of the actual square footage. There were a few carpets with heavy stains from pets and plants. The job lasted 2 hours per his estimate and I could not be more pleased! The carpets look as good as new and the stains are gone. I would highly recommend this family-owned company. I am averse to chemical smells and allergens, so I was happy to find a "green" carpet cleaner. The citrus smell that remained after they cleaned the carpets was gone once the carpets dried.

I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone wanting professional carpet cleaning. The man who did the work (alone) was experienced, friendly and professional.

lI found the company on Angie..called and was scheduled at the exact date and timeI requested. Jon and assistant Daniel showed up on time, they were professional, courteous , explained process, were very careful of pets who needed to be secured, after a quick walk through, they proceeded to clean some soiled and dusty carpets ,leaving them looking and smelling like new. They were careful of furniture and wooden flooring. I was very appreciative of their work ethics and honoring Angie's coupon...which I had misplaced in clearing paperwork out of the way. I have used a dry / wet clean process before and much prefer it to having my carpet soaked for days. I could not have been more pleased with the services or the personnel. I would recommend them to anyone wanting trustworthy and great outcomes.

/25.2012The owner was on-time and wasted no time in setting up. I had requested some pieces of furniture to be moved during the process to ensure even cleaning of the carpet. This presented absolutely no problem. He was attentive to detail regarding problem areas, stairs, stains, etc. His manner was nothing less than professional and courteous . I would recommend this company to anyone seeking an excellent carpet cleaning experience.

They did a fine job. They were uncertain about their job. They were less than perfect but not horrible.

I have used their services abuot four times in the last five years. They cleaned all the carpeted areas in our home. They are very efficient and quick. The service is dry and there is no water used. You are albe to walk on the carpest almost immediatly after they have been cleaned. We are very happy with their services.
