It went very well. The owner himself came out to do the work. He was well qualified and helpful.

Todd was so friendly and professional. He explained everything he would be doing and why it needed to be done. It had been several years since our system had been checked and we are thrilled that we found MTC Consultants, Inc. on Angie's List! After his inspection he walked us around to point out what had been needed and done and then he helped us set up a schedule for our automatic system. Our biggest concern had been a leak from one of the sprinkler heads and it turned out not to be as serious as we were afraid. We will be using MTC's services for years to come and would recommend them to anyone needing a professional who knows what customer service is all about!

Bought the sprinkler tune up on Angies List for $50 (great value). They came out and checked for leaks and adjusted the sprinker head patterns and flow to maximize the effiiciency of my system. Todd took the time to understand my concerns of where the dry spots were in my yard and made the necessary adjustments. Programed my automatic time to the proper time by zone. Looking foward to lower water bills from more effective watering along with a healthier lawn. Would use them again. He is coming back to install some drip lines for my wife's flower post.

The pump priming / starting was not part of the deal. but MTC performed all the services as part of the Angie deal. All went well, Marty was delightful, knew what he was doing and offered tips for our system maintenance. We will use MTC for both fall and spring system / lake pump preparations going forward.

Overall it went fine. I bought an Angie's List offer they had going. The irrigation guy showed up turned the System on and watched the System run making notes to replace a couple of faulty heads. He came back the next day to replace the heads. The following week I was having some extensive yard renovation done and needed the irrigation to work. It became apparent that there was areas not getting coverage. I had to make do the tune-up of the system again for several zones to ensure adequate coverage. I made them aware of my concerns and they came back and did a whole run through (much more detailed this time) of my system and made some additional improvements and adjustments. I would have liked to have had it done right the first time but they were good in making it right.

We had purchased a BIG DEAL from this company for a Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune Up. We have recently purchased this house and never had a sprinkler system so didn't have any info on the system. MTC Consultants walked us through the yard marking all the sprinkler heads. The timer that we had was no longer functional so he had to override the system. Showed us heads he would suggest capping as they were not needed. And pointed out areas that were not functioning properly. Suggested that when we replace the timer we include a rain gauge so we aren't watering in the rain. Provided estimate on repairs that we would need for system to be operational.

Good - I've got some drainage issues which they noted - promised to call in the near future to set up an estimate visit.

It went very well. He was kind and professional. He came on time. I actually hired him for something later on that wasn't included in the coupon. That was done very quickly, professionally and inexpensively. He is easy-going and fair.

Appointment was scheduled quickly. He arrived on time and service was performed quickly. Going to use company in the near future to install a new controller and to put a pressure regulator on.

The work performed was consistent with what was advertised. Marty checked the heads for each zone and made adjustments to 3 of the rotor heads. He also checked the drip line and made a fix to it as well. Lastly, he took time to explain what to watch out for as potential problems in the future. All in all I felt I got my money's worth and would not hesitate to call him in the future if there is a problem.

Todd was very punctual despite bad weather and a long drive. He was/is very competent and professional. Prices reasonable. Overall, couldn't be happier with the services provided. Highly recommend.

Very nice guy over the phone. I called him directly because it was a good deal - I was anxious to get scheduled, and he's coming out soon. He also made sure that we set some time set aside to work on other issues. He seemed reasonable all the way around.

Great deal on this spring tune up service through Angie's list. MTC scheduled quickly after purchasing the deal. They showed up when scheduled. Did the work as expected and the system is working great. I have 4 zones including 2 drip. I will defiantly use them again.

Quality work. Fair and not pushing his service. He makes helpful suggestions and gets the agreed upon work done quickly. Honest.

Communication was easy using phone, text or email. Responsive to all. Estimate was always very close to final price. Arrived for all meetings/work either on time or early. Trustworthy. Gave options....for fixing a problem, did not insist things be done only one way. Reasonable price. Pleasant personality. Cleaned up after work was done.

Rep arrived when promised and provided estimate. Work scheduled and completed as promised. Very professional.
