Sent a text and did not receive a response. They might do good work but I will never know...

They come out all the time. They actually were out the past week because we had something break in our system and they had to come out and fix it for us but they actually out in, they did some initial repairs and actually put in an additional system for us because the builder had only put stuff in so far and we didn't want stuff in the back. They did that for us. They're real reasonable. They'll come out for repairs and stuff. They'll work for a couple of hours and charge almost nothing it seems. I guess its buy the job and what they have to do. We've been in this house for a couple of years now and we've used them every time whenever we need anything.

The gentleman was on time and quickly did the test. Their price was very reasonable; less expensive than our previous plumber.

Responsive and communicated well. Final price was twice the original quote after discovering problems after starting service. Overall they were professional and pleasant and I would hire them again.

I had MTC Irrigation install a 10 zone system 8 years ago. The did a good then. However, the numerous times I have requested them to come back, they have never came on time. They are horrible about notifying you about any delays. I have been waiting for a week for them to come out and fix a stuck valve. Can't run the system because of this. Grass is dying. They need to hire some help.

Marty was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and fixed the issue on Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and performed a quality work. Highly recommend him.

They came out, they did a job. They identified a problem and they fixed it and after they left something was not working and I have left them 2 voice mails and an e-mail and I have not heard back from them. So, I am not pleased at all. He contacted me right away, so that was good. I had to put it out because of conflict of schedule so that wasn't him, that was me. He was supposed to do a quote for my daughter and he hasn't contacted her either.

They came out for the initial service and did that. We scheduled some follow-up service and I haven't heard from them since. I called them back and he said he was busy that day. I just gave it up.

First appt set with MTC was at 11am. I took time off work to meet the provider and waited an hour and 40 minutes with no show and no contact that they would be late. They showed later in the day, but with only our nanny home they were turned away. I was somewhat understanding since the only contact we had was via Angie's List messages. Rescheduled about 2 weeks later for another 11am appt. I specifically asked that they contact me if they would be running late since I would need to miss work (and pay) and provided my phone number. MTC confirmed I would get a call if running late. Waited an hour and a half this time before leaving with no call until 3 hours after our scheduled appt. One no show/no call is understandable, but twice is unacceptable as I've lost over 3 hours of work/pay that I won't get back. Requested a full refund of the $79 deal through Angie's List

Purchased and had no response. Sent an e-mail through Angie's List and got a call. Was on the way to a job but would call back. Didn't call back so I called. Returned call and said on the way to a job and would get back with me next week. That was the week of 4/4/16. No call back.

He was prompt and very professional and took time to explain any changes.

Analyze, check all the heads, rewiring irrigation system. They are very courteous and professionals.

I guess I didn't quite understand what they were doing. It seemed like it was a ploy to up sell other services for that company. Which I'll probably take them up on it because soon the $75 we paid would tune up or fix some of the heads. They were here this past Tuesday the 29th of March of 2016. He was polite and had good customer service. We signed up for a day to have him back out.

There were areas in my yard that I thought needed more water. He was able to adjust my existing sprinkler heads to cover my yard adequately.

Very friendly and did great job adjusting heads. Replaced one head at my request. Would call again for service.

Was a bit of a long process but got it all done and now have very good coverage across all of the lawn. Touched just about every head in some form or fashion to get it all right.

They were going to get back with me and they didn't. I tried to get a response from them to come out and I never could.

I love working with Marty. He's good people and shows up on time to work. He has creative ideas on how to solve problems. I highly recommend the services of MTC for anyone needing help with their yard or irrigation system.

He forgot the previous time. He charged me every single time he showed up in my house. The guy was knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about. He was on time.
