Best service i ever had on sprinklers over the last 12 years. MTC owner discussed my initial concerns, ran all-around test, inspected, repaired where necessary, and adjusted coverage of all sprinkler heads and with my presence ran all-around final check for my approval. I would not think about calling anyone else when I need future sprinkler service . Thanks Angies list for this referral.

It went well. They were fast and still thorough. Had a good chat with them. Positive all around.

All work was done to my satisfaction, with the exception of one rotating sprinkler head that needed some additional adjustment. One quick email back to MTC resulted in their returning within a couple of days to readjust that new head at no additional cost. The 2 people I worked with were both very professional and pleasant to deal with. I will be calling them back to service my system regularly.

Arrived 45 minutes early, which was not a problem. turned on each sprimkler zone to check condition and coverage area of each head. A total of 5 needed adjustments. Let each zone run after adjustments to insure everything was OK. Checked drip line, and checked emmiters working condition. Very thorough job, not a quick once over. Answered all my questions , and recommended proper system clock setting and watering time for each zone. Excellent job.

It went very well. The only thing that I can comment on, was that I paid $89.00 for the service on AL and in addition, I replaced the sprinkler heads which resulted in additional $72.00 which is understandable. However, I did not understand what the $89.00 was applied to. There was no mention of it on the bill. I believe it was for just coming out and servicing, but I would have preferred seeing what that entailed. No problem, no complaints. Nice guy, professional, and quick response time. Will use again!

Cory adjusted all the heads for coverage and spray pattern; replaced 2 improperly functioning heads. He performed a very thorough job.

Service was very good, polite and timely. We were comfortable with the amount we had to pay. He answered all the questions I had. Will definitely use them again if we need.

I purchased the "Big Deal" for an irrigation inspection and tune-up. After contacting MTC Todd got back and set up an appointment. I explained that there were some changes to the outdoor area (new deck and landscaping) and that some of the old heads were not hitting what was now required. Also we had several areas that remained soggy despite the limited rainfall. Todd found several leaks caused by the deck installers and old age and marked them as well as adjusted several heads that were out of line and not hitting some of the new landscaping. He gave me an estimate to replace the broken heads and to locate and repair the leaks as well as moving some of the lines and heads so they would be more effective. I also asked about running some new lines out to our garden that we have been hand watering. He would have to install a couple hundred feet of pipe and a wireless zone switch to avoid an extensive electrical install. We also wanted new drip lines to cover some existing shrubs and newer azaleas that were struggling due to the lack of rain and location away from existing heads. Todd came back at the appointed time and performed all the repair work and did a little extra work that came up AND the cost was still lower than the original estimate. The extra install work will be performed in the fall as I was very pleased with his professionalism and competence.

He was a nice guy. He did what he said he was going to do. He showed up on time and did what he was supposed to do so I would recommend him. There was more work to be done than the big deal but I have no objection. If somebody has a Rain Bird sprinkler system that they don't know what they are doing with, I would recommend him 100 percent.

I had no issues. They were prompt and professional.

MTC Consultants were punctual and friendly.. They checked our whole system. They replace one of the sprinkler heads and refocused the others for optimum watering potential. Would definitely call them again.

Our consultant arrived on time and explained the process of checking the sprinkler system. We had used MTC Consultants last year and were so pleased that we were able to use them again with an "Angie's List-Big Deal." We appreciate their professionalism and friendly manner. We were pleased with the manner the consultant used to explain questions we had and he took his time to make sure we understand everything. We will continue to use them in the future for all our irrigation needs.....

The technician did an excellent job. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a lot of work in a very short period of time. He replaced my heads with better units and was quick to point out the better warranty that was on the newly replaced heads.

I purchased the Angie's list Big Deal for $89.00, which was a comprehensive sprinkler system tune-up. Todd was very responsive and immediately set up an appointment for the next week. He actually arrived a few minutes early and called to let me know he was there. The check up took about 10 minutes and he identified four heads that were leaking He had the replacement units on his truck and could replace them while he was there but it would be an additional $22.00, per head and $75.00 in labor. I agreed to the $22.00, although I priced the heads later and found them for $8.00 online or $12.00 at Home Depot, so I think that is an excessive mark up. I did question the $75.00 labor charge and Todd stated that was their hourly rate but he would only charge for the actual time it took to replace the heads. It then took him 20 minutes to replace the heads and did reduce the labor to $55.00. He let me know they would be sending out flyers in the late Fall to schedule to have the system winterized and then again in the early Spring to start the system back up and check for any leaks and do any adjustments. I asked how much those services were and he said $60.00. So, I would have been much better off to just schedule the start up service for $60.00, versus paying $89.00 for the exact same service. I told Todd I didn't usually winterize the system since the valve box was underground and insulated and has never frozen, even after some of our very brutal winters. He stated "Oh, if it's underground and you have never had any problems then I wouldn't worry about winterizing the system". I very much appreciate him not trying to sell me something I didn't need but I then realized he hadn't even looked inside that box (area) to check for any leaks, which would have thought would have been included in a comprehensive tune-up. So, bottom line of my review is I liked Todd a lot and I do not think he tried to sell me anything that I didn't need, which is always a fear, especially for a woman. BUT, I think $89.00 is way too high for the amount of time spent on checking out the whole system and then to be charged an additional $55.00 to $75.00 to do the work, when he was already there. The total amount for this service ended up being $232.00, for less that an one hour call. I feel certain I could have just called for a service call and been charged much less. My whole take on the experience is they are probably a good company to call for any irrigation needs but just call them, DO NOT purchase the Big Deal because that was a waste of money, in my opinion.

Mart and Corey came out and spent a lot of time looking at the problems, correcting any for me and they were just wonderful. I am going to use them to aerate and seed my lawn and to service my sprinkler system going forward.

They did good work. They came when they were supposed to and they were professional and came and they could have probably charged me lot of money and just say that you needed something, but they definitely were very honest about what was going on and that was great.

They were excellent. They did a very good job.

They did the tune and did a really good job. They also had to repair a busted backflow preventer. They did a few things and went above and beyond. They did the job when they said they would. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They were very responsive for the initial service, but I called them back for follow up service with no response back from them.

Todd was great to work with on the project. He showed up on time, did what he said he would and for the price quoted. Todd is passionate about his work, and made sure he left the property better than when he arrived. We had to have him come back and reconfigure one of the zones, due to no issue of Todd. He scheduled the date/time and came out as promised. As an aside, I called two other companies to quote the job, and they were no where as responsive as Todd. He drove 40 miles to do the work. One of the companies I called (Less than 2 miles away) could not find the time within a month to even come and give me a quote. I could not be happier of the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Todd and his company to anyone looking for a new install or repair of an existing system. He was extremely fair and did great work. I have already recommended him to a neighbor

Provider failed to show up at appointed time, so I called and was informed there was a problem with a service vehicle. That's understandable but I should have been called to be informed of the delay. A substitute technician was sent and he adjusted the sprinklers (not very accurately) and replace a few heads at a fairly high price (which I agreed to). The overall experience was fair to poor, and the quality was average at best.

That guy is awesome. He’s very personable, very prompt and very fair with his price. The work turned out great. I would use him again in the future. I don’t give “A's” easily but he deserves it.
