Description of Work: They did a complete check of my irrigation system, and replaced a part that was cracked.

Description of Work: The guy came out and checked my sprinkler system. He also adjusted some heads and informed. He gave me a time and date when he would arrive and he was on time. He was very personable and explained everything he was going to check and any problem areas. I had him come back for some additional work. He was going to add new heads to a zone that was not covering properly. The 2nd time he came out on time as well. Once he began to change the heads in one zone, he found he did not need to add other heads to that same zone. That saved me quite a bit of money. He could have added the new heads and I would not have known the difference. He will be performing my winter and other maintenance from now on. | |Excellent work.

Description of Work: Todd came out and checked our sprinklers. He did not try to sell us any unnecessary items. We have some drainage issues that we brought to his attention and he will be helping us to solve this problem. So we were pleased with this purchase.

Description of Work: They arrived late because they went to a different house first and when I called to see when they were coming they said they had already been to my house and my wife had declined the service because she didn't know anything about it. The service itself when well when they finally arrived. They were supposed to provide a quote to repair some sprinkler heads but two or three weeks passed and I hadn't heard from them. I e-mail to request a quote but they never replied. I guess they don't need my business.

Description of Work: This was a special Anglie's offer. They started up the system and did adjustments of the heads though they did not do cleaning as I thought the tune up included. They replaced one sprinkler head that was not rotating.

Description of Work: It was a good deal to check out our irrigation system.They fixed an electrical problem. We found one of the heads was still leaking or we would have rated the service A instead of B. We did not call them about it, we are too busy.

Description of Work: MTC Consultants serviced my sprinkler system which consisted on 6 zones. Each zone as well as each sprinkler head was checked to insure that they were operating properly. They also provided consultation regarding the programing and winter protection of the sprinkler system.

Description of Work: I purchased a $49 for a Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune-Up. It was fine. I know they came and did the work, but my husband primarily worked with them. I know he didn’t have any problems

Description of Work: The service provider did not show up for the initial scheduled service, and he did not call to try to reschedule. One provider showed up for the second appointment (after I called and asked for them to reschedule), but he was in a hurry and did not get to finish the inspection. He found a leak in the sprinkler system, dug a hole around the leaking pipe, and left it saying that he would return on the following Monday. He never came back and never called after leaving the hole in the ground and the leaking sprinkler line. We had to arrange to have someone else come and fix the leak.

Description of Work: Todd checked entire sprinkler system and fixed faulty wiring that prevented one section of sprinklers from working. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I use again in near future.
