we were not sure if we wanted to extend the current paver patio with additional pavers or replace with stamped concrete. Ed provided quotes and informatrion related to both options. After a little deliberation and honest advice from Ed ,we decided to do the stamped concrete. And now that it is done, we know we made the right choice. Ed removed the old pavers, graded and formed the site, and poured. levelled, stamped, and colored the concrete over a 3 day period. he was back the next day to clean the concrete, and then returned the following day to seal. It was a pleasure to do busness with Ed. He knows his business. He was professional, punctual, and efficient. Would highly recommend his company for your concrete or paver jobs.

The person who carried out the job for us was very patient. He did a great job. I will surely use his services in the future.

To start let me clarify that I am a General Contractor and I can see thru people like a fish sees though water. I am not easily impressed and I have a very deep understanding of all aspects of construction big and small. I personally have done millions of dollars in renovations over the years and feel that I am a professional in everyway possible. In my past experiences with concrete "professionals" I have come to realize that babysitting, micro-managing and excessive follow up is the norm if you are the contractor. When I embarked on renovations of my personal home I did not have the time nor the desire to invest any additional legwork in supervising my project while at the same time supervising my clients. Thru a recommendation I had the pleasure to meet Ed Italiano, owner of IBC. He met at my property at a time that was realistically convenient for both of us. FREE CONTRACTOR ADVICE: Do not insist that your contractor meet you at ridiculous after hours appointments unless you are in the public service field (I.e., Doctor, Law Enforcement, Fireman), if we meet you grossly after hours it will likely affect our initial impression of your intended value of our time. I apologize, I digressed, my first impression of Ed was that he was a Yankee know-it-all. My second impression he is a Yankee that does know it all, so it's justly earned. I bet dollars to doughnuts that you will not find a more brutally honest (almost to a fault), direct and passionate concrete contractor in the book. He is fully tooled, which really impressed me as my project involved extensive grading and excavation. It is very unusual to find a concrete guy that owns his own equipment. He is very hard working, reliable and knows his stuff. I will make it very clear that if you have a less than ideal idea, he may hurt your feelings but he won't put his reputation on a project that is not up to snuff. His pricing in my professional opinion is high-average, not the cheapest guy but you WILL get every penny's worth. After working with Ed and discussing his company it was interesting to fins that he has been in business for around 15 years surviving solely of the recommendation of others, if that doesn't impress you nothing will.
