We are Doug's Plumbing. A family owned business, with over 30 years of experience. We have low overhead, this way, our savings can be passed on to you, the consumer. Starting our business was based on three values: quality work, affordable pricing, and giving back to our community. Our advertising is minimal, most by word of mouth. We appreciate all referrals and referrals are rewarded. We do everything from installing water heaters, traditional and tank less, repiping your home, installing dishwashers, to replacing toilets, rebuilding toilets and fixing faucets. We are remodel and installation specialists as well. You name it, we do it. If we don't do it, more than likely we know someone who does. We are a water treatment specialist and a member of the Water Quality Association. We offer emergency services for sewer back up, clogged drains, burst pipes, frozen pipes, etc. Anything you consider your emergency. Great job, went smoothly.

He's very skilled technically, very intelligent and a great worker. He has a real pleasant personality, he went above and beyond the job and gave us advice on other issues whether we were buying something or not.
Description of Work: He replaced the water valve, the main water was shut off to the house. A six inch section of galvanized pipes was corroding fairly badly. They replaced the pipes with copper. He replaced the water valve for the washing machine. He also installed new water valves for the shower. There was a condensate drain for the a/c. He reworked the drain so that it had a P-trap and stopped sewage air from the drain.

I have never had a smoother experience with any technician. Doug went above and beyond and had a great professional and positive attitude to go along with it. He's extremely knowledgable, charged a reasonable rate, and got the job done in the time frame as promised. It honestly couldn't have went better. And now we have clean water and no toxic poisonous fluoride. Thank you Doug!!!!
Description of Work: Installed a whole house water filtration system. The system consisted of a pre-filter, main carbon filter, fluoride filter, post carbon block filter and a UV filter. Doug also installed water cut off valves between each unit and 2 hose bibs. He also insulated all piping and ran extra lines so we didn't waste the filtration water to the outside spigots. After installation he flushed the units. We also had a water test done before and after the install.

Doug did a great job checking/repairing our water filtration system.
Description of Work: Doug came out to my home and checked the current water softener system, water filtration system and disinfected my well. After the systems were checked Doug came back out and replaced all filters and got our water softener system working properly again.

Doug arrived at my home the very next day and installed a carbon filter for the entire home. He was very thorough and provided a written warranty and user packet with clear instructions. The results have been great!! No odors and no more water spots!! He returned two days later and did another test to show the results. This test is also included in the price and really wasn't necessary as I could tell the difference immediately
Description of Work: Doug McVey visited my home to test the county water for undesirable contaminates. I asked for this test because of a distinct chlorine smell and water spots that remain on my glass shower door and fixtures.
