Quality Cleaning

after my new hardwood floors were installed, a fine dust covered every surface. everything I touched felt dirty; I could not step nor set anything anywhere. additionally I had one day before the crew came back to complete the detailing, and I needed all the floors clean so I can see what needed to be touched up. Marcella and her 2 assistants came to my rescue with less than 24 hours notice. they were wonderful. they provided an intensive cleaning of the following: • Walls • hardwood floors • wood blinds • window sills • windows – on the inside only • baseboards • door frames • Light fixtures • ceiling fans they worked quickly, efficiently, systematically, but thoroughly through the entire house. they provided all their own cleaning supplies, including a Bona mop for my new hardwood floors. when they encountered problems (i.e. finding a broken light bub, and a missing part to the fireplace screen), they were quick to bring them to my attention. Marcella was also helpful in giving me advice on how to care for my new hardwood floors. i would highly recommend Quality Cleaning and would use them in the future if I hire a housekeeper again.
