Description of Work: I started using Casey Services. They have had done preventive maintenance on the heating and air conditioning system prior to our buying the house.

Description of Work: Casey Services didn't do anything for me. I called the provider to come and give me an estimate for repair work on my A/C unit. The receptionist informed me that they were busy and that I would have to be put on a list and would be called as soon as they could fit me in to their schedule. This was understandable, but that was over a month ago and I never heard back from them. To me that is pretty lousy service. I guess my work isn't important enough for them.

Description of Work: We had Casey come out in evening, after hours, which we paid extra. But being that our AC was not working we didn't mind. The technician arrived and diagnosed the problem as the fan in one of our two AC/heat pump units. He returned the next morning, a Friday, to install the fan. Late that morning I noticed the temperature was approaching 80 degrees. I called Casey and the same technician arrived late Friday to diagnose the problem. He then determined the problem to be the compressor unit. He informed me that he didn't have he part and would try to come back Monday or Tuesday. I let him know that I was not happy with that timeframe being that temperature in our house was in the 80s at that point. The issue, I explained, was that if he diagnosed the problem Thursday evening he could have gotten the compressor in addition to the fan and taken care of both items Friday. Instead, I explained, he had assumed the fan was the problem. It got a little heated at that point and he left to later call and inform me he would return on Monday. Fortunately after several calls to George, the manager, he got a compressor and arranged for a technician to install it on Saturday morning. George agreed that the first technician had not done his job to diagnose the unit properly. He apologized and expressed it in the form of a discount off the cost of the compressor. And while I was not happy with the original service call outcome, Casey did make it right and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Our upstairs ac unit quit working 2 days after our downstairs unit. We called and the tech came out the same day. He had the part in his truck and was finished in 15 mins. The tech was very courteous and professional. very satisfied.

Description of Work: Casey's HVAC sold me a service contract which would include a service check on the AC unit in the summer and the heat unit in the fall. On the visit in June the AC unit was checked and routine maintenance provided to keep it functioning at top performance.

Description of Work: Company diagnosed and repaired an outside air conditioning compressor that was not working properly. Our main air conditioning system was not cooling as it should be.
