Owner, Chuck Morris, arrived on time for the estimate appointment. He explained everything thoroughly. I hired him mainly because his estimate was several hundred dollars less than that of the other contractor. There were a couple of delays due to errors made by his supplier, and he kept me informed about what was going on. He arrived on time for the installation, and quality of work appeared to be excellent. He removed the old window at no additional charge. As well as quality work, he provided two very important things: communication, so I knew exactly what was going on, and on-time arrivals; professional and dependable in every aspect.

I contacted Chuck and he worked me into his schedule within a few days. When he came by, he was very familiar with the windows I have. He finished quickly and did a great job. He even removed my old sashes for disposal.

I called Chuck and he was able to get me scheduled for an early morning appointment the next day. This was perfect for me so I could get to work on time and a rare find to someone to come by at 7am. Chuck diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes and was able to repair the window in about 20 minutes. Great service!

I have used Chuck before and was pleased so I contacted him again for some minor work which included replacing several windows, servicing the sliding rear glass door and replacing the cranks on a window in the kitchen. The process went smooth from start to finish and I am pleased. I didn't contact other providers so I don't know if the price was competitive but it was within my budget so I went forward. I would definitely use his services again.

Chuck quoted me a rate over the phone with the understanding the price could change once he came out and looked. He kept his original quote once he saw the work that needed to be done. The parts had to be ordered and Chuck communicated a timeframe of when the parts and installation should be complete. The entire process was stress free as Chuck kept me in the loop with communication via text. He showed up the morning he promised and completed the installation of the new parts. The windows now work fine. His price was competitive, not the cheapest or the most expensive but his communication was far superior. I highly recommend for anyone needing his services.

Overall our experience was excellent. Chuck communicated very clearly and promptly and set the expectation for timing and pricing. We experienced a little bit of a delay due to an odd window size, but this was clearly outside of Chuck's control. Once the glass was ready, setting up the appointment for install was simple and straightforward and work was quickly and professionally performed. I will definitely work with Chuck again should I have a need for glass repair.

The job went great. Chuck came took some measurement, order the replacement glasses and came replaced it. Totally hassle free for me and and on top of it, his price was very reasonable. He pays attentions to details to his jobs. I saw him carefully brushed the window frame to make sure there was no small pieces of broken glasses in there. He explained that if that wasn't done, the new one could easily crack. Very professional and very nice person! Would definitely hire him again and would not hesitate to refer him to any of my family/friends.

Chuck was very thorough when giving the estimate. He was very competitively priced. He showed up on time and the install and repairs could not have gone any better. Will call Chuck again in the future.

Contacted Chuck, he came next day to look at the Windows. He promptly emailed me a quote the same day. Quote seemed like a fair price, so we paid him a 50% deposit to order the materials. Once materials arrived, he completed the job next day. Communicated through text, email and via phone. Job was completed satisfactory, and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and will contact Chuck for future jobs.

Chuck came out and repaired my window quickly. And, he was so kind to my young son who wanted to "help". I would use him again!!

Chuck called me back quickly and then came out to my home on a Saturday at a convenient time for me. He quickly did the measurement and ordered the replacement (this was a broken sealed glass unit). After the replacement unit came in he called and scheduled a replacement time with me. He came out did the replacement/repair quickly, efficiently and with good results. I had gotten quotes/measures from a few other providers on Angie's list with similar high ratings, and while they did have nicely painted vans and branded stationary, Chuck was significantly lower cost, and I feel like I got better service than I would have gotten from the others.

Chose Chuck both because he quoted the lowest price and because he seemed most knowledgeable. Chuck took the time to evaluate all the windows in a large house. He identified those most likely to fail inspection and patiently described the pros and cons of replacement. Chuck ran into a few problems finishing the job. One of his suppliers was late. Another cut glass to the wrong dimensions. Chuck apologized and quickly fixed the problem. The replacement windows look great. Chuck dealt professionally with his supplier problem. I would gladly deal with him again.

Chuck came out shortly after I contacted him to take measurements for the glass. He returned about two weeks later with his assistant and it took them about 2 hours to replace the glass. Very neat and professional. Great job! This is my second time using Chuck and I highly recommend him.

He was efficient and explained anything that may have been an issue, but all went well and the job was done satisfactorily.

I called Chuck to quote me a price to replace a cracked window and replace a window sill. He came the next day, quoted the job, then called me when the materials came in. We scheduled the repairs, and he arrived promptly at the time we agreed on. He professionally completed the jobs and cleaned up any debris. The price remained exactly what he quoted. I discussed replacing some siding on my house, and he was very good about explaining the issues we may encounter. He gave me a price. I would definitely use Chuck again!

Chuck was great. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue right away, fixed it then and there and was polite and personable. I will use him again for window repair.

I found Chuck on Angie's List. I called him on a Friday late morning after noting that I couldn't lock a window & it wouldn't move up & down smoothly. Because I was leaving for a trip that weekend, I requested Chuck to visit my home on Saturday morning. Although he had other appointments, he said he would start work earlier than usual that Saturday to accomodate my schedule. He asked me to expect him after 8am, but I was pleasantly surprised that he arrived before 8am. Within minutes, he identified the problem & had it fixed. Since my home had recently been painted, several windows had been painted shut. I asked Chuck to look at every window & make sure it was opening easily, which he did. It's clear to me he's very good at what he does. He has a pleasant demeanor & explains problems in layman's terms. I would definitely recommend him & I expect to call him again next spring to repair some window screens.

I contacted Chuck and explained that we had a block window that had begun to leak. Although, according to his profile, he doesn't include our area in his normal service area, he agreed to come and look at our problem. He came and showed us alternative replacements, measured the size and quoted a price. My wife and I discussed the recommended window and cost and called Chuck within a couple of days with the go ahead. He placed the order for the window and came on November 12th and installed it. The window looks great and is a step up from what was there.

Chuck has done work for us in the past. He repaired about 10 windows for us in our that was under contract. We have been very happy with the work that Chuck has done

Chuck was responsive and knows his windows. He gave us a few different options to consider in light of our budget needs, and was very quick on the installation as soon as it finally stopped raining long enough to do it. We would hire him again.
