Talk about quick courteous service! Chuck came the next day after I had called. He determined the issue, then estimated the cost, when replacement would be in, and time of install in no more than 15 minutes. When glass arrived, he installed with great care and in 30 minutes and no more.

I called Chuck to come by and give me an estimate to put in 16 windows that we had ordered from the original window manufacturer which were metal clad on the outside and raw wood on the inside. He said that he did not do painting but left me with a friends name and emailed me a quote for the installation. I did the painting and staining and called when that was done. He is very prompt and.does a good job. It only took a couple of hours. Two of the windows were not right, so he ordered them and came back and installed them, including caulking and vacuming up the debris. I was very pleased. Diana Godwin

This was the third time I have used Chuck's services. In this case I happened to have had the same exact window that he replaced two years ago broken by a contractor installing window shades. Chuck was very helpful in providing the information I needed for an insurance company handling the case. The window was ordered and installed about two weeks later. I enjoy working with Chuck and feel that he provides a very fair price for his services.

Mr. Morris came within the day we called. We thought that the window had to be replaced. It was refreshing to meet someone who actually fixes something instead of selling us something! Professional job done timely.

Chuck came out immediately to give us a quote. We were pleased with his estimate and arranged a time for him to come to the house to fix our doors. The first appointment was delayed due to the weather but he was on time and ready to work on the second arranged date. Chuck seemed frustrated that the doors were more of an issue than he expected but the job was completed as requested and he cleaned the area before departing. He even added a trim piece to a door which was not part of the original quote.

Chuck called the first day I messaged him. He said he would come to give an estimate the next day, which he did. But he went a step further. He had a rain-out on his first job of the day, and just happened to have the materials needed for our job on his truck-a rarity. He gave me a quote, I accepted, and he did the work. It may not have seemed like a big deal, but when you are trying to get your home ready for selling, every job you can cross off the list is important. Chuck was very responsive and scheduled an appointment quickly. It is very hard to find someone who repairs as opposed to replaces windows so we were very fortunate to find Chuck on Angie's list. He came out one morning before we left for work to do measurements and determine what was needed to do the repairs. We were able to schedule an appointment for him to come out on a Saturday to finish the repairs. It was a great experience all the way around, his prices were reasonable and he was extremely punctual! We have already recommended him to others.

I decided not to have the work done, but he was supportive of my not doing it! He said it really wasn't necessary, just an esthetic issue; and, if it didn't bother anyone, no need to do anything right now. His responses and the information he gave me indicate that he is very honest and has a lot of integrity, which I thought was worth passing on through Angie's list (not to mention the fact that his estimate was the most reasonable one)!

First he came back and took the measurements. He then came back and replaced the broken pane in about 1 hour. He also worked with me to get here early so I could get to work. He also fixed the lock on the window that had been broken.

The process was easy and went smooth. The quality of the job was high and timely. Mr Morris was easy to work with. Will use his service again for future needs.

The whole process when very well. Chuck Morris was prompt with his estimate and with the repairs and did a very good job. We would most likely hire him again for window repairs.

Chuck was right on time for the first meeting to discuss and schedule the work. He was also right on time starting the job and finished in one day. The work performed was excellent, exceeding my expectations. He was courteous and professional at all times, knowing exactly what to do and how to do it. .

Chuck brought in the replacement window and replaced the old one in about an hour. Very nice and professional man and the repair cost about 40% less than I had estimated that it would.

We contacted a number of window related contractors to come look at the repair work at our house. One contractor came out, looked at the job, took a few notes and promised an estimate but never got back to us. One person came an hour earlier than he said he would and after spending some time looking at the job told my wife that he just couldn't do our job because we were too far from his home. When we contacted Chuck Morris he came right out when he said he could, even though his address is in Troutman, NC, quite a distance from Harrisburg. He even came back a second time to look at the glass repair that I forgot to ask him about during his initial visit. The work we had done was a small job by most contractor's standards. Mr. Morris is very familiar with how windows are made and installed having worked in that area in the past. He did not try to hard sell us to buy new windows and he did a great job on the actual repair work that took him the better part of one day. He was very neat while executing the repairs, especially on the 2 windows that required new seals. He was able to replace the seals without removing the inside window step, which meant he was able to do that without any damage to the inside walls, a problem we had with a similar repair a number of years ago done by a handy man without the knowledge or skill set to do this type of work. We will certainly call on Mr. Morris in the future if we find ourselves in need of more window work. It was a pleasure to work with a contractor that was knowledgeable about the work, willing to do a small job and did not pressure us to replace instead of repair.

Had to return to touch up some wood damage. Very responsive and reliable.

Golf ball or rock broke one of my large picture windows on the back of my house. I called a couple of places for a quote on replacing it. Chuck came in about a $150 below large competitor. I had used Chuck once before on prior home that needed a repair to some windows before I could sell and was glad that I still had his contact info to get a quote on this job. He took care of measuring the window, ordering the replacement and creating custom frame around it to replace the existing window. When the window arrived it was a perfect fit. It took a couple weeks from ordering to get installed but luckily only the outer pane of the window was broken.

Even though this was a small job, Chuck treated us as valued customers. He responded right away by phone to discuss what we needed done. We were able to schedule an appointment that was in accordance with our time schedule. He arrived at the scheduled time to measure the glass and returned a few days later to install the new glass. He was prompt, friendly, and professional.
