Once I found chuck, the process was easy! Our repair was small and the overall job a simple one but finding someone interested in such a small repair had been a challenge. Chuck took on the work and was great to work with. He was professional, punctual and very responsive.

Chuck was very quick to respond to my request and was able to come out the next day. He conducted a full inspection of all the windows as we knew one spring was broken and several windows were stuck. He was able to fix one window on site even though he was here to just provide a quote. He provided a very reasonable quote and we will be using him to fix the windows.

Chuck was great. He stopped by to quote and he was punctual, polite and professional. He gave us a great quote. There was a problem with the first set of windows ordered (manufacturer sent windows with incorrect specifications), so he put a rush on the second set. He came out to install and again was professional, polite and punctual. He and his helper had all four windows installed in less than an hour and a half, which was great since it was December. No mess, no problems. We are very happy with the work and would definitely hire him again.

Chuck was outstanding in his professionalism and old school style of doing business -- hand shake and great craftsmanship. The first part of our request was time sensitive -- so Chuck quickly assessed and suggested that we break into 2 separate jobs considering he had to order the new transom/sash for the window. So he was able to address the wood rot portion within a day of first requesting his services. He then kept us informed on the status of the window and when that arrived -- he suggested a few possible times for the window replacements and was spot in with his estimated time to complete. Contacted Chuck Morris for help with a 36?x 30? cracked window. We scheduled an appt and Chuck was prompt and thorough. He came out and measured the window so he could order the correct size and type. Since I noticed he also does home repair, I asked him if he could replace the access door to the crawl space under the house which was falling apart. He contacted me when the window glass came in; he also had the crawl space access door ready to be installed, including new hardware & hinges. We scheduled another appointment to finish up, but the day before, I learned of an important appointment at 11am on the day of installation. I texted Chuck and told him of my time constraint but stated that he could come out as early in the morning as he wanted. He texted back that he would be here between 6:30 - 7:00am. He arrived a little after 6:30am and went to work. He finished up both projects giving me plenty of time to make my 11am meeting. Both projects have been completed to my complete satisfaction. Chuck has to add some molding to the outside of the window (which broke apart during installation due to the age of the window), which he said he will complete as soon as the material is available as it has to be special ordered. I would definitely use Chuck Morris again and highly recommend him.

Chuck and his helper showed up promptly. Had all tools and materials needed. They were professional and did and AWESOME job. The price was very reasonable. I will defiantly call him back for future work.

The amount Chuck quoted was very reasonable and his quality of workmanship is excellent. So impressed with his skills, I'm having him to replace a door, two broken windows that have lost their seal and replacing some trim on my deck. Chuck installed 17 new Jeldwen windows that I had purchased through another company. They did the entire job in 2 days and did a beautiful job and hauled off all of the old windows. The new windows were actual 1/4" shallower than typical replacement windows so Chuck had to rip down some furring strips to make the windows fit. He was able to do so and still complete the job as scheduled. Chuck was punctual and very professional and I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I have a cabinet that is over 35 years old. There are two sections of glass on the doors. The putty or caulking material holding the glass in place has dried out. Pieces are literally falling off the glass. Besides being a safety issue, I knew if I ever moved again the glass would have to be replaced. I called Chuck and he came over to look at the glass. He recommended tempered glass for this particular cabinet. He also said that he would use wood strips on the glass outline for added support. This is probably how it should have been done when manufactured. Otherwise, it is a good, sturdy piece of furniture. Chuck came over about two weeks later to do the repair. It looks very good and I can check off a repair on my list.

My wife and I are having a large party to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we wanted to repair a number of windows that had lost their seals in the last 18 years. We needed the work to be completed in short order. Chuck came right out within two days to estimate the requirements and provide a proposal. He was very thorough in his inspection and only proposed replacement of the windows that needed replacement. His price was very competitive and his proposal was complete and understandable. In order to meet our needs to complete the job before the party, Chuck and his wife Connie came out on Labor Day morning and completed the job by noon. We were very pleased with their response and the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Chuck again for any job that he feels comfortable with.

Our home was built in 1997. One of the upstairs casement windows had rotted under the aluminum cladding. The window seal had also failed so the window was cloudy. Chuck arrived very timely to assess the situation. This window is one of three close together so it was important to match the current window and mullion profile if possible. Chuck took all measurements and indicated he might have an issue matching the mullion width but would do his best. I gave him a 50% deposit and he returned today to install the window. I was surprised how well this window matched the other two. He was very punctual, was finished in less than two hours and did a very good job cleaning everything up. Was a plus that he was a really nice guy. I will definitely call him in future!!

Very professional and was on time coming by my home giving the estimate and the work itself. Top quality work and the job went smooth as could be. Quicker than I expected too. Chuck was very professional to work with and offered a fair price. I only had small window repair jobs that wouldn't be considered by others, but Chuck came in a matter of days and did a very careful job of measuring and installing. I'll certainly call him again when I have another window repair job.

Chuck originally came out to look at the window that needed replacing. I wasn't home at the time, so he did his measurements from the outside. They turned out to be off slightly, so when he came to replace the window, the measurement was off slightly, so he had to reorder the glass. This added to the time of getting the job done, but it was no big deal to me as the window that was in was fine except for a broken seal. He came out today to replace the window which from the time he originally came out to measure to today was about 3 weeks. As I am sure this won't be our last window seal to go, I would definitely call him again when we need another window replaced. He did a great job and his price, I thought, was fair. We have had windows replaced in the past in other homes, and the prices were comparable.

Responded quickly to phone message. Came over gave estimate in under 24 hours. Ordered and paid for materials. Once materials arrived installed in under 1 hour. Very responsive, clean, polite, and professional.

Chuck uses a great product , I checked it out on consumer reports he was about half of all my other quotes, windows went in in one day , great experience. no problems he really know what he is doing.

Dealing with Chuck Morris was a pleasure to say the least.
