Description of Work: I had a small area of fence to install. Mark promptly scheduled an appointment and provided a quote. I paid 1/2 upfront and was told the fence would be installed in several weeks. That time frame passed and when I called to follow up there were a couple more delays.6 weeks after the initial call we had our fence installed and it is beautiful. Mark was very helpful with design and installation but better communication and follow up with customers goes a long way.

Description of Work: He was too busy to provide any service or an estimate at the time I needed them...subsequently we did not buy the house...did not need services ....so it all worked out....I would probably call again if need arises

Description of Work: Installed fence posts, a wire fence and 3 gates around part of our back yard.

Description of Work: I tried to get this company to meet with us about a fence project. We had one appointment scheduled and he called and cancelled due to illness, we tried again twice to schedule and he never got back with us.

Description of Work: I first called this company on 1/22/13 and left a message.No one returned my call.After reading all the positive reviews on Angie's list I decided to try again on 2/5/13.I reached the owner, Mark, and he said he was hanging a cabinet and would call me right back,he repeated my number and again said he would call.After two days I don't beleive he is going to call.This is very unprofessional to say the least.He may do quality work when he needs business but if not he ignores your calls.

Description of Work: Install fencing fence in backyard.

Description of Work: Mark was very helpful when we called him to redo the original fence. We had ordered a 4 ft chain link fence which our new puppy hopped over like it was not even there. The boxer/shepherd mutt mix was only 30lbs but strong enough to leap the fence many times. Our dog ran into the road twice and almost got killed. (NOTE TO ANY FUTURE DOG OWNERS IF THE PET'S JUMPING SKILLS ARE UNKNOWN -GET A FENCE 6 ft or higher!). Mark and his crew came back on an emergency basis and raised my fence another 4 ft. The work looked very good and not like an "add on." We were not going to be able to leave for vacation without this work because my dog sitter could not have handled a jumper like our puppy.
