The technician showed up on time. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He also shared other valuable information regarding the maintenance of the springs and rollers. He completed the work in a timely fashion, and I was totally satisfied with the end result.

My garage door is about 7 years old and I have never done anything to it. Not oiled it, never reset it, nothing. Changed the batteries in the remote once. It sounded like a tuba player getting run over by a garbage truck when it opened. When I saw the Big Deal offer, I jumped at it. The technician came out to my house in the AM and immediately got to work. He explained the 4 components that periodically need servicing/replacement (door, rollers, spring, motor/opener), reviewed how much they cost on average, and talked about signs that point to them failing. Once he was done, we tested opening and closing the door, and it was much quieter. Things have been working flawlessly since and I will likely use these guys for future repairs.

They were here when they said they would be. They gave me a quote for a new door and installed it promptly.

They informed me that I'm outside their service area.

Everything went well. The contractor explained the advantages and disadvantages of certain products. He also explained how to maintain and what to expect from my doors in the future.

Easy process from start to finish. Came on a day that was convenient to me and arrived within the agreed two hour window. Was efficient and professional. Willing to answer questions and give advice. Would deal with again.

I was not at all happy with the Angies List Deal or the Original Triad Door Company's way of doing business. I feel it was a total ripoff and I'll never sign up for it again! I paid $65.00 for what was supposed to be $95.00 of service. When the tech totaled up the bill, he only credited me $65.00 towards the total of $246.00. I told him I thought the credit should be $95.00 off the bill since that was what the deal was.He disagreed saying that the $65.00 was the Angies List "prepaid" as it states on my receipt. Prepaid! I could have prepaid anywhere! What happened to my $95.00 of services? I was pretty much stuck at that point and did not feel like continuing to argue the point since the work was already finished and I had a bunch of other things to do that day but I'll never get stuck again with this company or the Angies List Deal. Caveat emptor.

Walk in the park. Had a comfort level to begin with from Angie's List.

Everything went well, at estimate done on 8/6/12. Work completed on 9/4/12.

Good - technician was friendly and helpful and instructed us on how to properly lubricate the door between service calls

Excellent. This type of service was well-needed & overdue. I particularly appreciated the serviceman's pointing out some problem rollers that could have led to garage door replacement.

Outstanding work and glad I called them. Very professional. My door is noticeably quieter going up and down and I have the satisfaction of knowing that the door is good for another couple of years before another checkup might be needed. From start to finish Kenneth was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and didn't try to oversell me on anything. He could have tried to sell me a new garage door opener but told me mine was fine and all it needed was to be greased up. He showed up on time and didn't mind me hanging around while he worked. The garage door and brick molding looked great and the door is a lot quieter now. I will be calling him back when my now 16 year old garage door opener eventually dies.

Very informatiive! I never knew there was so much to learn about a garage door! He was on time and did a grest job, he replaced the wheels and oiled everything, he readjusted my garage door openers and gave me pointers on what to look for in case the door has a future problem. The door runs much quieter now.

They were communicative and cordial, and did a really good job. They are awesome.

Well... we had driven through our automatic garage door and replaced it with an old door we found on Craig's list for free. It wasn't the right size so it hardly went up and down. Completely frustrated, and covered in grease, we checked Angie's list on the suggestion of a friend. Angie found us Original Triad Door Company. The young man was on time and extremely polite, wasted no time, told no lies, did what he could with the mess we game him and exceed our expectation. Excellent job!

It went very well, I got what I expected.

Well, there was some miscommunication in the beginning, but Ken stuck with us and got the job done. We were both a little upset with each other, but in the end, it all worked out. We're happy with the job and with Ken. We won't hesitate to call him again. (He says he'll answer.)

Our garage door stopped opening as the weather got colder. Even though it was an icy morning, Kenneth came out, fixed the problem and checked out/tuned up everything else about the garage door. He was extremely professional and polite. I would not hesitate to use Triad Door in the future and I highly recommend them!

They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and their pricing was good. They were responsive and came out right away. We gave a time frame for them to come and they came within that time frame. The old pulleys that had been in for at least 20 years were covering the door to not rise smoothly. They put in high quality materials and I would use them again without thinking twice.
