I received an almost immediate text from Amanda who was very professional in inquiring my needs and getting a tech to the house. Dylan was the tech assigned and I’ve never had any repairman talk me out of spending my money, but he was unsure of the problem and didn’t want to do a complete replacement if it wasn’t necessary. He insisted on having another tech, Dave, take a look as he was more skilled in this type of repair. Dave was super professional and really took his time with diagnosing the problem versus just doing a complete replacement. Sadly, our motor and keypads all needed replacing and he took care of this very quickly and professionally. A great experience with professionals. My only criticism is they don’t offer a Military Discount which other competitors do.

It went very well. Both springs were replaced, they were properly tensioned and the door was aligned in less than an hour.

From my initial call to the installation, these people are friendly, courteous, professional and most importantly do what they say they are going to do. They showed up when they said they would be there. They honored the price quoted with no switch and bait type techniques. I'm very pleased and would certainly use them again.

This was amazing. Our garage door wouldn't open for months, and we thought we would need a whole new system. I thought it would have to take a few days to schedule them to come out, and another week or so to fix. I cold called them on a Friday afternoon at 1:53 PM and the door was fixed at 2:46 PM.

Results are a door that opens and closes smoothly and with less noise than before servicing.

Serviceman was courteous, professional, and efficient, and very quickly did the tune-up and roller replacement. Upon request he provided a very objective view of the general condition and likely remaining life of of my 23 year old door and motor. Didn't try pressure me to buy anything. Very satisfied !!

Technician came promptly on the same day to evaluate. Turned out 15 years is old for unmaintained garage doors. Everything but the tracks, the pulleys and the door needed replacing. Repair done the next day. I love the product and have learned the proper maintenance procedures. Highly recommend this company. Note: They use Lanier products instead of Liftmaster since tech support is responsive. Door is balanced and whisper quiet. I had no idea it could sound quiet as it was always incredibly loud. Actually I had no idea how it should have been working and appreciate the education and decent price. Service took about 4 hours.

First time did a garage door tune up, did not know what to expect. He was very professional and gave lots of advises how to take care of the door. It was a nice experience.

I would have given "A" on everything but the first man wasn't very nice. He wasn't easy to talk to and wouldn't work with me. He wasn't able to complete work, but that wasn't his fault. Apparently builder used a door system you can only get from the manufacturer. He had to buy part over weekend and reschedule another appointment. A different service man came. He was very nice and easier to talk to. He explained how the door worked and how he was fixing it. The office gave me a break on the additional cost.

I got a response from my phone call right away. The estimator came the next day and gave me an assessment of the problem. There were a couple of issues with some pipes and how the opener needed to be attached. He worked with the office to make sure he had everything set before he left. The day of the install the men had a tire blow out and were delayed. The office called me to let me know and told them that they would get the job done, even though it was going to mean they were working late. The three young men who did the job were professional, thorough and did a great job. They made sure they picked up all the debris before they left, even though it was pouring rain when they finished. From start to finish, this was a company that was easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs, or replacement.

They did an excellent job on the repairs and diagnosis. The garage doors both work great now. There was a minor dispute over a miscommunication on tune-up charges, which after discussing with them, they agreed to remove. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and we would highly recommend their service.

Installer went above and beyond to put door in. It was an older garage door and he did some extra work to make it work. Great job!!!

Went well, servicer was very responsive and educated me on how the doors worked, which parts lasted longer, how often to oil springs, what to use on springs. He even gave me small amount to apply. Also provided advice on upgrades.
