I called at 8:00 AM because of a broken door spring and the serviceman (Diego) was at my home at 11:00 just as he promised. He was very professional and along with the repair, noticed some mistakes made with the original installation and took care of them to improve door function. He suggested replacing the rollers (I knew they were bad) and the entire job was completed in just about an hour. No Muss / No Fuss I'd highly recommend Triad Door Company

From first contact with provider until the truck left my driveway, the service was not only as expected but exceeded my expectations.The service person did not have to repair the cord as that was not part of the contract, but he did at no charge. He also explained the difference between the garage door opener we have compared to the very good ( and more expensive) openers available. Should we need a new opener, we shall be contacting Original Triad Door Company.

Serviceman arrived on time and was quick. He was very knowledgeable. He got our wall remote outside to work which no other garage door man has been able to do.

I last used their service last three months ago and I did pay them an extra $100 more for additional service they provided me. They punctual and they did a good work.

I was pleased with all that was done that I actually asked him to work on my other garage door. He did an excellent job and was willing to answer all of my questions. He gave me information that noone else that has rendered this service was willing to give me. I highly recommend him and would not consider calling anyone else for service on my garage doors.

Diego arrived right on schedule. He started by tackling the broken spring my husband had noticed. As he worked, he pointed out other things he noticed to me, and explained clearly how they could become a problem. He didn't pressure or scare me into making additional repairs or part replacements. He just let me know what the options were and let me decide. My impression was that he was being very candid, and that he really knew what he was doing. I opted to replace the rollers and some bearings sooner rather than later. Diego let me know what everything would cost before I decided on a repair, and the invoice he gave me at the end matched that. Overall, he was very professional, and even tolerated my attention-seeking black Lab. When my next-door neighbor mentioned that he needed to fix a problem with his door, I didn't hesitate to recommend Original Triad Door Company. My family moved into our house about within the past year, and we had taken the loud garage door for granted. Now it's almost inaudible from inside the house. I doubt we'll need any more repairs soon, but if we do, we'll go back to this company.

I was please at how quickly--next day-- someone came to do the tuneup. He explained about parts that will need replacing in the future and, at my request, provided an estimate. All my questions were answered. I did not feel any pressure to make decisions about repairs or purchases at the time we talked.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Everything was done very fast; they were definitely punctual. They set it up with me very quickly and came when they were supposed to. The technician looked like he knew what he was doing.

I purchased the Big Deal for a garage door tune up with pin replacements. The service tech called me to confirm an appointment time and then showed up as promised. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. The tech explained what he would be doing and then proceeded to complete the work. Once he was done, he advised me that the main tension spring on the garage door was broken which was resulting in improper operation, potential to wear out the engine on the garage door opener due to the tremendous weight it had to lift each time and it was unsafe. He quoted me a price on the spot and fortunately had the replacement parts on his truck so he was able to finish the job that morning. I recently purchased this home as a foreclosure so I knew many things had been neglected over time and this was just another example. The garage is working better and quieter than ever; I was happy with the company and will use them again in the future.

It went very well, in fact he was able to find a gear that broke off our door and replace it. Our garage door is working much better and is no longer making a loud noise when it closes. I would definitely recommend his services and will use him again.

Service was performed in excellent fashion. The only problem is that he put a bit too much grease on the opener mechanisms, and it has been dripping on the garage floor. We found out when we noticed a black stain on our white carpet and tracked down the source. Other than that, the experience was good.

I contacted Original Triad Door Company by telephone one morning and set up a site visit by David (a field tech guy) at my home for later that day. He was punctual and professional, and gave me a pretty wide range of replacement door options, with accordingly varying cost estimates. A few days later, having settled on a style and color for the new doors, I called back and placed a service order, again dealing with David. He gave me a range of three days, Wednesday through Friday, and asked me to select a day, and whether morning or afternoon was preferable. It was nice to have a choice. David and another gentleman, Diego, showed up when scheduled, replaced the doors and tracks, and hauled off the old doors. Their original estimate for the doors I selected was accurate to the penny, with no hidden fees or add-ons. All in all as satisfying an experience as a man can have after his sixteen-year-old has backed into a garage door.

Diego from Original Triad Door Co. Inc arrived at my home right on time. He introduced himself and after confirming my order, went right to work. He quickly diagnosed that my garage doors had really not been installed very well (by a friend of a friend) and were beginning to show signs of problem areas that would only get worse. The garage door tune-up that I had ordered obviously was not what I needed, and Diego was wonderful about telling me that he could certainly make the necessary repairs and apply the amount I had already paid to the rest of my bill. He made an itemized list of everything and discussed pricing with me before doing anything. After he got my approval, he corrected everything. I am amazed at how much better my doors work now and would highly recommend Diego from this company. He was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Company representative came to my house to estimate installing a garage-door opener. He found that the existing door prohibited the addition of an opener. So, I chose a new door, which the company ordered and then installed. The representative answered my questions and helped me choose the right door for me. The installer was very nice. He took down the old door and put up the new one all by himself. And he took the old door with him. He cleaned up after himself and left me with a beautiful, quiet, sturdy door.

I noticed the tune-up deal with nylon roller replacements had less than a day left. I purchased the big deal late Sunday night, March 3, 2013 and sent an email asking if they can come the next day, Monday March 4, 2013 after 2:00 p.m. I got a call early Monday morning from Kenneth stating that they come Monday between 3 pm.-5 pm and would call me when they were on their way. Diego did call me, but somehow I did not hear my cell phone ring. He arrived at 3 p.m., right on time. He got his tools and gave information about garage doors like how to keep them working properly. Then he went to work replacing the nylon ball bearings rollers very quickly. He tightened up some bolts. He lubricated hinges and the springs . My spring was adjusted and the garage door opens more smoothly. The work was completed in no time. He answered all of my questions, including the price to install a motor and the length of time it will take. I would highly recommend Diego and his company to anyone. He was fast and efficient.

They were very professional. They gave me a lot of extra advice on how to avoid unnecessary service calls when common problems arise. I will use them again.

Called for repair and Kenneth was here with in an hour...WOW. I was on a 5 day waiting list for another company and got tired of not being able to get my car out of the garage. Kenneth assessed the problem and quickly repaired. He suggested replacement of the the rollers sometime in the future, but I elected to get them done now & save myself another service call. It was a great experience.. Fast, friendly, professional service. I even got a life time warranty on my rollers! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again!
