Very professional and thorough.

Responed to my request for quote. Came to view the work I wanted done and provided a quote promptly. Scheduled the work in a reasonable time frame. His crew arrived as scheduled, performed the work to my satisfaction and I mailed him a check for the quoted price.

It went great! We have used him several times in the last few years.

It was only one day from our call when they came and gave us an estimate. We did not get any other estimates because we were anxious to get the tree down and because we felt certain that the price was excellent. Two days later they performed the service. The workmen were careful not to damage our fences, birdbath, and other plants. During their work, our outdoor cat disappeared and the workmen assisted in our search for the cat. We were so impressed by their responsiveness, the quality of their work, and their voluntarily assisting in our search for the cat. (The cat reappeared in a few hours probably because it was hungry.)

They were very professional. They were very respectful of our house and our property. They cleaned up after themselves too. We have a few more trees that need to be removed, and we will be using them again. I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, worked incredibly fast, and cleaned up everything before going. And this was a job that was turned down by three other companies because the trees were too big! The crew were all polite and considerate. They removed all the debris, even sweeping the roof. They got the trees out without destroying the rest of the landscaping.

First, they came out and looked at our trees and gave us an estimate. Because of recent storm damage in the area, they were very busy, but were able to work us in their schedule. When they cut the trees down, they carefully moved existing objects (birdfeeders, birdbaths) and did not damage any plantings whatsoever. Very professional. Had used them for a smaller job in the past and would use them again in the future.
