Professional. workers performed work very precisely and with quality workmanship.k since of urgency to get cooling up and running in 98 degree temps. cleanup inside of house and outside was exceptional. explained operation of equipment and to let know if any questions or problems. would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreWe woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat downstairs. I called Stokesdale Heating and Air and even though it was a weekend, they called back immediately and had someone here within the hour. They were able to get the heat back on. They initially thought it was just a switch and when they came back on Monday to replace, determined that instead we had a gas leak and that it was due to a cracked chamber. They were able to get this very expensive part covered under warranty and replaced this about a week later when it came in. We have always used this company. They respond quickly, even on weekends and afterhours. Their prices are fair and we highly recommend them to everyone who needs their services.
