My neighbors recommended them. They were on-time, stuck to price, and did a good job. It was cold the day the day they came out, but they came out quickly. They are good people.

They have always been very professional and resolved my plumbing problems quickly and satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to call on them again when the need arises.

The work turned out well. The service was good and they were quick. They came when they said they were coming and they were on time. The job took them about half the day, as it was not an easy job. The price was very reasonable for the work.

I thought the estimate was rather high and they couldn't come on that day. I called around and found another plumbing place that would do it cheaper. We had also talked to them once about a tank-less water heater that we needed righted away, but again, it was a little too high.

The scheduling was great. They are a good company. They did nice work and I haven't had any problems with it. I worked with Tommy. He was very nice, cordial, friendly, on time, reasonable, and he was excellent!

I spoke to multiple companies besides JP's and got estimates and information to make a decision on the best make and model of a new heat pump for our house. I used Angie's list to help determine who to contact. I also contacted a couple more local businesses to attempt to keep it local. After talking to everyone, JP's had the best price for what we were looking for and the salesman/ service man was extremely professional and friendly. They did not try to sell me the most expensive unit and gave me several choices at various price ranges to choice from. We set a date and time and they arrived when they said they would and we had heat be the end of the day. I had decided after they arrived to add an electronic filter to the unit. we had discussed the filter prior but at the time i wasn't convinced i needed to spend the extra money. Since they had already begun the work building the new intake box, i asked if the filter was still a possibility without too much hassle, there was no problem, the guys didn't even blink an eye at the late change in plans. Also before they just said yes to it, selling the filter, they explained the filter, what it actually did, the benefits of it as well as explaining it did not dust the furniture for me. i still went with it and must say it works better than they said it would. Great additional piece. They came back out a few days later, installed the filter, tied up some loose ends and had the job completed as agreed upon. The workers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and i would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

My old heat pump finally bit the dust and it was time for a new one. I received an estimate from JP's and after figuring out some days that would be convenient for me; I contacted them to schedule an installation date. I told them that the last two days of the following week or any day after that would be fine. I was told that someone would call me back later that day and let me know what day to expect them. I didn't receive a call back that day. And therein lies the problem. I had one simple question; "What date do you have my installation scheduled for?". It took four calls over four straight business days before someone finally let me know the answer to my simple question. The work crew arrived on time and I have nothing but praise for the work they did. They were friendly, and professional in their work. They made sure their shoes were covered every time they came into the house and took time to show me how to program the thermostat. Overall I would recommend them; but I feel that they need to work on their customer response time.

I called JP's Plumbing and Air Conditioning to diagnose a problem with my heat pump in my new home. I was told that the cost for the service was $69 for coming out. After about 5 minutes, I was embarrassed to find out that the breaker was simply off (it was in a spot I never knew existed...remember it's a new house of mine). He flipped the breaker and I was told it was all good to go. When I went to pay the bill he said it was $89. I told him that it was only suppose to be $69 but he said he charged me $20 to flip the breaker. He then told me technically he's suppose to just diagnose the problem, tell me the problem and give me the option for him to fix it or not. He then said because it was so simple that he just fixed it....and then refused to budge off of charging me $20. I know that sounds like a little money but the principle really bothered me. I tried to reason with him that it's ridiculous to charge me $20 especially since he should have just told me about it and I would have saved him the 2 calories he burned flipping the breaker. I realized quickly that JP's would nickle and dime me to death. Too bad. I had a $1000 plumbing job that I gave to JP's competition. I also am installing a 3 ton new heat pump for my business. If JP's would have been honest then I would have given them over $6000 of business. I'm just glad I found out what type of business they were sooner rather than later.

They are good. They came in and he couldn't do the whole job the day he got there because they had scheduled it later in the day, but they rescheduled for like the next day and came and got it all taken care off. I would use them again.

He fixed it and I was really pleased with his work.

Appt was for 9AM ...... I called at 10AM. Was told she did not know why he was not there but would locate him and have him call me. He arrived at 10:45. Work was completed around 1:30. Tech was courteous and appeared to complete the work competently.

They did an excellent job. They came when they said they were going to come.

We had an issue with our heating system and they were able to come out very quickly and address our heating issues. They were very efficient. They communicated very well. The price for what they had done was appropriate. They did an excellent job for us. We had no concerns.
