Excellent. Very quick to get me in for service. Service man very polite and professional, explained all that he was going to do with options. Did not rush job, took his time to make sure job was done to satisfaction.

As always JP's got the job done in a timely manner and left their work area clean.

They would come over, put a liquid drain cleaner down her sink and charge her an average of $80.00. This would fix the problem for a couple of days and then she would have stagnant dirty water standing in her sink again. I had occasion to stay in her home this past March, while she was in the hospital. I called another plumber to check out the problem and he found the pipe was covered inside with 50 years worth of grease. He replaced the pipe and the hardware under the sink, which was corroded, and to this day there has been no problem at all.

The plumber did a wonderful job.... it was the company that I had to call several times because no one returned my call.

On Saturday, I called and the customers service rep answered the phone. She was polite and took all my information stating that she would have the technician call me back. I never received that call. On Sunday, I called and they had no record of me calling even though I had to give them all my information the previous day: address, phone number, email, etc. After taking my information for the 2nd time, the technician finally called me back and we discussed that the weekend charge would be $150 vs $75 on weekdays, which I was fine with. Then he began asking several questions about the issue and I mentioned that I would have my tenant call to discuss, whom is a friend of mine, and he asked if I would be there. I said no, then he promptly said "Well, I ain't coming then". I said what, and he said "I ain't coming today, but I might be able to come tomorrow". I'm fine if you don't want to work on the weekend, but don't be an ***.

My wife was scheduled for major outpatient surgery and we woke up that morning and the A/C was out - in NC and in July that's NOT a good thing. We called several HVAC companies, including our usual provider, and none could come out and help me emergently - UNTIL I called JPs. I explained the situation and they immediately altered their day's schedule to come by first and handle it. They got the system up and running and when we returned from the hospital later that day, the house was cool. God bless them! They found a leak in the coil and defrosted and recharged the system and told us what we would need to expect in future weeks.

He made several visits to my house to complete an overall large plumbing job. Knowledgeable and professional.

I purchased and paid for services under a "special" on 7/21/2015. I gave the three dates for the services to be used and was informed that JP's Plumbing & Heating would get back to me by Thursday, 7/23/2015 to schedule. I never heard from them and so canceled my order on 7/27/2015 and expect a full refund.

The whole experience from the initial call to make an appointment to the first visit where they diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and ordered the parts, and to the second visit where they performed the repair/replacement was a very positive experience. Friendly, professional and informative technicians did a good job. The price was fair for the job. They honored my Angie's List coupon without a problem. I would definitely use their services again.

It was very successful! I now have amazing hot water pressure to my kitchen faucet. David was easy and fun to work with. He was polite and caring. I have mobility issues and he did not hesitate to move my cleaning supplies under my sink and help me clear the area so that he could work. His clean up was fantastic. He did not waste any time but got the work done in a very timely and professional manner. There was a warranty on the work done. I was very pleased with his work. The reason I gave B's on two issues was first, when I was scheduled we had a bad freeze in the area. I realized that many people had frozen pipes and they most certainly needed help first but no one called me from the office to reschedule. They were just a no show. Secondly, office response on rescheduling was poor. I kept getting an answering service and had to wait for call backs. I had almost given up when David himself called me and stated that he was in the area and would I be available. Unfortunately, I had a doctor's appointment that day and was not going to be home. He, himself, rescheduled and did show up on the appointed day. Thank you.

This provider was unresponsive to our calls and the staff answering the phone made us feel like we were an imposition to their day. We called four times. The first time we got a person who 'didn't know anything about plumbing" but promised that a plumber would call back. We waited several days and received no call. We placed another call and got an answering machine, left another message and received no call back. We called a third time several days later, left another message and received no call back. Finally we called and got ahold of a person who was surly but took our information and once again no one contacted us. Luckily we had a lead to Halls Benjamin Franklin plumbing who were wonderful and professional and we have been very happy with their work. As a neighbor said, if they cannot even get back to you on the phone, imagine how difficult it will be to get them to come out on a job.

I would definitely use this company again. Tommy was professional and friendly. I am a very happy client.

Excellent experience! He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Arrived and immediately put on shoe covers, which I really appreciated. Gave me quotes for other work, which will be done at a later date. We had a mix up on the time of appointment, but it was not an issue for me. Thank you JP's Plumbing (and Angie's List)

We needed a second opinion about a problem we were having with our shower. We had two estimates from other providers with pretty drastic pricing differences. Tommy came out and did a thorough inspection to point us in the right direction. While they do not do tile repair, he gave us the information we needed to move forward. Would use them again for plumbing issues.

Showed up on time. Got to work right away. He removed the old leaky faucet and old broken soap dispenser. Installed the new faucet and soap dispenser. Cleaned up after the work was done. Gave me tips on how to clean the aerator and best way to fill the soap dispenser. Got rid of the old stuff and was finished in about 45 minutes. I had bought a special from Angie's List. $99.00 for $200.00 worth of work. When he saw what was needed he gave me a total price and the difference was $107.00. He got to work and I wrote a check for the difference. The actual total cost to me was $206.00 with the Angie's List special.

The gentleman arrived on time but all he did was look at the problem and then left. He couldn't give me an estimate right then. When he finally called back his estimate was VERY HIGH! When my husband asked for a breakdown of the costs involved, he was told that they just type in the repair into the computer and it spits out a number. He couldn't give us the break-down. When my husband asked if he could just order the part from them he said yes, but never ordered it. After a month of waiting, we finally just gave up. We will never use them again. They are nice but way too expensive and not real helpful!

Most of the other contractors did not want the job because it was not an easy one. JP's did a very detailed quote to give the best price possible for the job. So far everything is good with the system.

I BELIVE THE PRICE WAS HIGH BECAUSE THE COMPRESSOR WAS REPLACE BY MANUFACTURE(UNDER 5 YEARS OLD )

We are always very pleased with their work. We have had other emergency calls to them & they are always very quick to respond, very thorough, and leave us with a peace of mind that the problem is solved. Over the years, they have a installed a new heating & air conditioning system & a new hot water tank in our kitchen, which provides instant hot water to the kitchen sink. We highly recommend JPs for all your heating, air, plumbing, & water leak issues.

My neighbors recommended them. They were on-time, stuck to price, and did a good job. It was cold the day the day they came out, but they came out quickly. They are good people.
