Description of Work: We've used JP since moving to North Carolina. Honestly, we didn't know any service better than another, but we did have Angie's list. Their last visit was to correct my heat pump supplying hot air on the AC setting. 'Turns out that a minor adjustment to a part JP installed in November was all that was necessary. In addition to that service, they also checked the level of coolant, charged the system with a bit more and tested the system. And offered an apology for the problem and the inconvenience. Good timing considering we just went through about 16 consecutive days of +90 weather.

Description of Work: Replaced my heat pump system. Also installed air cleaner. |Crew arrived early in the morning. David knows I have breathing problems and wanted to get finished as soon as possible. Not many companies care about things like that. Three guys finished late in the day. My wife wrote them a check and everything is working great. |Very good company with very good people. We would recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace. I am enjoying the new furnace under my house. It's great! I have every compliment for this company! They have been just super. On the last day they were here, more workers came to make sure everything was perfect. The office crew was friendly, very understanding of any problems you have, and they deserve a A rating!
