Best service I have ever received and I'm in the business

Working with these guys was outstanding. They were professional and courteous every step of the way from the first phone call to the actual inspection. They were even kind enough to give a partial discount because the tank had already been pumped out recently. Very happy with the thorough job they did and will definitely be retaining them to service the tank after we purchase the home.

They were on time and very professional. They were able to locate the septic tank with no problems and proceeded to pump both ends. They recommended we replace the outlet T as it was starting to fall apart. They were very easy to work with and completed the job quickly. I would definitely call them again.

They were punctual and were very careful to not cause any damage during the process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why, and what they found. They inspected the tank, pumped it out, and covered everything back up and cleaned up any debris created by the process.

Before choosing Stanley Envirnmental, I contacted another company. The other company was going to have to come out after hours and charge an extra fee. Stanley came out within the hour and their total charge was less than half of the other company's quote. This work was for the one rental trailer I have on my property and I was concerned that the tenants were not able to use the water. I appreciated Stanley coming out so promptly and getting the work done in short order. They did a thorough job and were very polite and professional. They gave me advice on what to do and not do to keep the septic tank working as it should and avoid future problems. I would definitley recomment Stanley Enronmental and use them again.

I was greatly pleased with the work done by Stanley Environmental Solutions. They went above and beyond my expectations in spite of several complications in installing a new septic tank for me. They appear to know just what they're doing. They follow the rules as well as well as pleasing their client. The communications with them was difficult during the 18-day process but the result was extremely satisfying. The people installing the tank were professional and very courteous. They wasted no time and obviously put effort in doing the job right.

The crew were on time and got the job done with no problems.

Was told service personnel would arrive between 1 and 5 pm. Received a call asking to come earlier and they arrived at noon. It took nearly three hours pumping out a 60 year old septic tank and deodorizing the remains. While the price was more than quoted, extra work that was done was explained ahead of time and why it was needed. I appreciated their effort and would use them again. Office staff was pleasant and professional.

Great experience. Have used them for the last 3 years for annual PM. Our septic system is an advanced one and we have a low pressure pump system with many lines. The lines have to be flushed out and then the head set to as close as possible to design. It takes at least 3 people (me included) several hours. They were prompt on time and very professional.

Very happy with their service. I have used them before in an emergency and they were very responsive. This time they ran a few minutes late but did call multiple times with an update. Cleaned up well after the pumping.

Did not inspect the tank. Lid broke and charged $100 for a another. They did not know to leave some fluid in tank to restart system. They wanted to pump it dry. Called to ask for a discount on lid and was told that was price agreed to on site.

It went just OK. The communication aspect is not good. They were late for my appointment. The work was completed but they did not tie in the new septic tank to the existing sewer line coming out of the house. They told me after I paid them that this was my responsibility. They did a fair amount of work for the price, but overall I don't have a warm fuzzy feeling about the experience.

Hired to pump septic tank and check over sump pump. After locating tank, they discover a damaged concrete outflow apparatus, which they fixed for an extra fee. They were very thorough, checking with me each step of the way and showing me the work as it was performed. They also answered all of my questions (this is my first house with its own septic tank). They checked out my sump pump, which had been running intermittently for no reason (only happened during heaviest of rains). They could not find a problem with the pump. And they did all of this work in the pouring rain!

The price was good. They showed us why the other motors burned out and gave us a guarantee with the new motor for two years.

I received poor customer service from Stanley Septic. I had used them before, to pump my septic tank without problem. I called on a Wednesday morning for a quote, and I was told Jim would call, today or tomorrow. We got a call Saturday morning. We discussed a repair or having a new drain field installed. Jim was to come out Monday morning to discuss the situation further. At noon on Monday, the receptionist called to ask me, how much my repair would cost. She said, she had a note it would be $2160. I told her Jim had said $2160 for a new drain field, but it would be less for a repair. I felt that Stanley Septic, had already decided I would pay them $2160. Jim did not arrive onsite until 3pm, after I called again. Without digging, he offered $1200 for a repair or the highly sold option of a new drain field for $2160. Another company completed my repair for $800.

Initial response was very good and prompt. But it became a very difficult job, and was more labor intensive than their initial estimate. However, they left a big mess and did not come back out to clean-up or to advise me on followup as they stated that they would.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, IT WAS REALLY NEAT AND CLEAN.
