Took these guys 5 tries to clear the problems then expected to be paid for 5 trips. Laughable! These guys don’t understand business ethics and have no sense of responsibility. Steer clear!

I am writing regarding an experience my parents had since they aren't online much. They payed this company monthly to be a preferred member. When they called and scheduled a needed service appointment they never showed up on the appointed day and time.... TWICE. We all know things happen and schedules can get backed (no pun intended) up but communication would have been nice.

After apparently having a sewage pipe break in my crawlspace, I called Stanley Environmental. They indicated that they had plumbers to assess and if necessary repair my crawlspace sewage pipe as well as clean out my septic tanks. They indicated someone would be out in a few days. Days passed and calls to Stanley went unanswered and without any returns of my calls. Finally got through a second time to the plumbing scheduler who indicated they would be out Monday. Monday comes and goes and no one shows and no one calls. I call at least 4 or 5 times to the plumbing scheduler during and after this and no one will answer the line so I leave message after message after message. No messages were ever acknowledged, no calls were ever returned, no courtesy or professionalism at all. So all I can guess is that they didn't want to do the work that they are in the business to do. To this day they have not called me back. They lost a huge amount of money as a result of their non-efforts. So if you want a professional organization that is prompt in returning calls or messages or a company that actually wants to do the work of the business they are engaged in, Stanley Environmental is the last place you would want to call. Never, ever would I do business with them in the future and neither will others as I spread the word.

I contacted Stanley via their contact form and heard back immediately with a quote and appt. availability. I was able to schedule via email and the tech called to let me know he was on the way. They got right to work and schooled me on the basics of septic tanks since we had never owned one.

.On a Sunday, my septic and main drain line decided to go haywire. Stanley Environmental had a representative call me back within minutes of my call to their service. Sean explained that on a Sunday it would be $100.00 extra for the call out. (Kenneling dogs and hotel would have been more). They were here within 3 hours of the original call. They were very respectful and professional. They didn't tear up my yard any more than absolutely necessary, took care of the problem, and put things back to the way they found them, as best they could. I was very pleased with the work and the men who did it.

From the time I requested an estimate, to the completion of the work, everything was done in a professional manner. When they arrived, they fully explained the work they were going to perform, and the condition of the yard after completion. Everything went as scheduled and we were totally satisfied.

After multiple back-ups and multiple firms coming in to say we needed a new system, Stanley came in and determined that the positioning of the pipe coming into the holding tank was the cause. Instead of paying several thousand dollars for a new system, they made the repairs to the pipe and the problem was solved. Great customer service with good people on their trucks. Highly recommend them and will do so in the future.

They showed us exactly where and how much of my yard they would dig up, explained how they were cleaning my septic tank and even explained why I was hearing a noise in my sinks. They were done in about 30 minutes and put my sod back in the hole they dug. I will use Stanley again and have already told my neighbor to use them.

We thought we needed a new pump, but we only needed new piping and a valve replaced. We called in the AM, they responded in the afternoon. They were prompt, called before arriving, and did a great job. We still may need to have our 20 year old pump replaced, but we were told it is working fine for now. They did not try to sell us products and services we did not need, and we appreciate that. We plan to purchase a service contract and will definitely use this company in the future.

Septic work is expensive and very specialized plus it is a hard dirty job for the field guys. I really appreciate and respect their professionalism and expertise. They installed a complicated pumping system at my current home which has operated flawlessly for many years now. They inspect it quarterly and maintain it for me as per our HOA and they do a good job. We recently bought another home that has a 20 year old septic. They came out and tested it for me, pumped it and mapped out the fields so we know where everything is in the back yard. Amanda in the office did a good job scheduling and followed up with emails for everything. The guys that came out were right on time and did a good job with almost no evidence they were there afterwards. Hopefully we never have a septic "emergency" but if we did, I am sure they would be able to handle it.

We have been under contract with Stanley for over a year now. We have lived in our home for 15 years. We have used many septic tank companies in that time. Stanley is the first company we have used that I feel like they know what they are doing. We haven't had any issues with our system since we went with Stanley. h

Provider says they service Cabarras Co. I live in Cabarras - and they would not come out because its too far (beyond their service area). Will only travel 40mi from their home base. Putting the additional caveat on distance was deceptive. Waste of my time and theirs.

This company was excellent. The office staff clearly communicated and was very helpful. They answered every phone call immediately and were able to fit me into their schedule the next day. They also got all the paperwork done on time! They guys that came out, called to let me know what time they would be there. They were professional and answered every question I had. They REALLY went out of there way to make sure the system was in good condition.

Showed up on time, Very polite, friendly and answered all my questions. Would reccomend and will use again.

I contacted Stanley Environmental Solutions Wednesday at 10pm through the "contact us" section of their website. I explained that I was in a bit of a bind and needed assistance on short notice. I made an offer to purchase a home with a septic system and had a limited amount of time to complete the inspections. The realtor had lined up a different company to perform the inspections and they did not show up (claimed miscommunications & rain). Stanley Environmental Solutions replied at 7am on Thursday and we were able to complete the inspection on Friday. They were willing to schedule within the sellers request of 2pm to 4pm and called me when they were 30 minutes away so we could meet at the property. The employees arrived promptly, they were in uniform and were most helpful as I have not lived in a home with a septic system in many years. I had a old repair permit that gave them a clue as to where to look and they were able to locate the septic tank and two drainfields. They flagged the area, explained the bull run valve functions and even advised me to consider the removal of a Maple tree that could become a problem in the future. They also took time to educate me on chemical do's and don'ts (additives, soaps, water softners, etc) to keep the system working normally. I will not hesitate to call Stanley Environmental Solutions once I am in my new home and need service. They are a registered septic contractor with Mecklenburg County Groundwater & Wastewater Services.

Setting up an appointment with Stanley Environmental was super easy. I got an appointment for the very next day to pump our septic and the two guys who came out, Brian & Reggie, were great. What impressed me the most is that they were at my house at 8:00 AM sharp. A+ for responsiveness and punctuality.

I have used Stanley Environmental several times in the last eight years and have always been happy with their service.

I am very happy with the work provided by Stanley Environmental. They were very helpful in identifying the type of system I had in order to quote me an accurate price. In fact, when the job turned out to be easier than expected they gave me a discount. Although the price was a bit higher than other companies I called, they had good reviews on Angie's List and recycle all of the waste - well worth the few extra bucks. I would use them again.

My husband called on Sunday morning and they would have come right out, but we were headed to church so they said they would come at 2 pm. Even though it was going to cost us an extra $75 as emergency service, we felt it was the best thing to do. The only reason I put the punctuality as good, rather than excellent, was because they didn't make it at 2 due to another emergency call and my husband had to call them. They were here pretty close to the next estimated appointment time. Jim, the owner, and his son came out. They were very friendly, personable and professional. Hardworking, also. It was over 90 deg. and the humidity was off the charts. We stood in the shade and watched them work! Jim advised us that our drain field was ok. But the concrete piece that was supposed to have a filter on it was deteriorating and it would be good to replace it. (This was the first time the septic has been pumped since the house was built - 16 years - we've been here the whole time.) He wasn't pushy about it at all. We could see the deterioration. And he explained why it would help our septic system and how it would be done. We decided to go with it. He also explained how, with the proliferation and use of antibacterial soaps, there was a lack now of bacteria to break down the stuff. He suggested the use of a product he had called Bio One to help with the break down. Again, not pushy. Just informative. Explained it in detail. We went ahead and purchased that, too. Two other men came back on Monday and were very polite, friendly and professional also. Since the time was an either/or time, I would have to say they were prompt on the "or" time, which was after 2 pm. I didn't stand outside and watch this time. But they were done within the hour. We're very pleased with Stanley Environmental and would highly recommend them.

If you want the best in customer service, then you have to use Stanley Environmental Solutions for any septic issues. We had the best experience from their very educated service techs, William and Reggie; we learned a lot from them and their customer service skills were top notch. They both knew, we knew nothing about septic tanks and I never once felt like they were going to take advantage of us.They were honest; never used any "scare tactics" to sell extra services or lied about the condition of our tank. We will never use anyone else but SES for all our septic tank needs.

Had standing water in my yard above the septic system. Call Stanley Environmental and they scheduled an inspection/pump for the next day. The service guys arrived on time and completed their work very quickly (within 1 hr). They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Cost quoted was what I paid. Would highly recommend!
