Excellent. He broke down the job before he gave me the estimate. He was very efficient and worked hard, without leaving a mess. He explained how everything worked and even explained some things about our new grill.

Excellent! The original estimate was $200 and an appointment was scheduled. Jeff showed up on time and performed the work for less than the original estimate, $115.

This was a superior customer service experience. Rather than the dash and rush of most Charlotte service companies, the two technicians took their time not only to deal with the work in questions but to make sure the system is was part of was working properly too. This meant proactively going up into the attic to check the venting on the toilets.

His price was much more reasonable. I would call him again in the future.

I called on Monday to see if someone could come out and give us an estimate to run the gas line. I was given an appointment for Tuesday, the next day,at 11:30 am. At 11:20 am the office called to say Jeff would be about 15 minutes late, which I thought was considerate to let me know. Jeff arrived and spent about 30 minutes or more with us. Not only did he tell us in detail how the gas line would be installed, how long it would take, and the cost ($500), he also stayed and answered our questions about installing an instant hot water heater and general questions about the kinds of pipe in our house. Jeff was very nice, professional, and really knows a lot about plumbing. He even talked to us about the best kind of grill to buy. We will definitely call him back when it is time to run the line.

Very pleased. They were very professional and right on time for appointment. They completed repair of faucet and gas logs in one service call. Owner of company returned next day to check faucet repair to be sure it did not leak at no additional cost. Cost for work very fair. Definitely will use them again.

We're very pleased with the work and their helpfulness. This is the second time we've used Environmental Plumbing, and they will be our choice for any other plumbing needs we have. The plumber was also helpful in giving my husband advice on other minor plumbing problems.

The company representatives were extremely polite and conscientious. There were 3 service calls in total, one for the initial installation of both pieces ($160), one to install a regulator as per the requirements of the gas company installer ($100 service call), and another to perform a final check of the gas stove for which I wasn't charged. The initial installations were done after Home Depot determined they could not do it (as it was a new kitchen, not a replacement). The regulator I'm told should not have been required by the gas company, as they could have instead installed a low pressure meter (but didn't want to). All representatives were extremely professional - the best experience I've had by far with any sort of service call.

They were fantastic. They called me back promptly and were very easy to schedule. They actually worked when it was convenient for me and didn't give me a five hour window of when they might come. They set a time and stuck to it. They ended up calling to say they were ahead of schedule and asked if they come early. I needed a regulator placed on the gas line. They were on time, very nice and quick. They explained the work, checked the pressure and leaks. My gas stove works great now! I recommend you hire them. They were very reasonable in price and had a great experience.

The natural gas line was removed on Sept 11, 2006. It was determined at that time that it would be easier to relocate the faucet after the deck had been completely removed. The charge for the work done on Sept. 11th would be included in the final bill once the faucet was relocated. On Oct 25, after the deck was completely removed, the faucet was relocated. I was offered several options to reduce the cost of the job and increase the efficiency of the process. One of the alternatives fit my need better than the idea I originally had in mind, so the job was completed quickly and efficiently and at a lower cost than expected! The two gentlemen who worked on my home were very professional and courteous. I will call them again when I need plumbing work.

INSTALLATION PROCESS WENT VERY WELL. VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE AND PRODUCT. HOWEVER, I HAVE SINCE EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A CALL RETURNED FOR 48 HOURS. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. HAVE LEFT 2 VOICE MESSAGES. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AT THEIR CELL OR OFFICE NUMBERS.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID EXTRA WORK, AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR IT.

THEY WERE QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, AND SPENT TIME TO EDUCATE US ON HOW TO USE AND TAKE CARE OF THE GRILL. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! FROM THE INITIAL ESTIMATE VISIT TO THE WORK ITSELF, THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND I TRULY FELT THAT THE JOB WAS IN GOOD HANDS. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE NICE EXTRA TOUCHES LIKE PUTTING DOWN PLASTIC AND EVEN TAKING TIME TO READJUST OUR CEILING FAN FOR THE BEST HEAT DISTRIBUTION. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE INSPECTOR OUT THAT DAY, SO INSTALLATION WAS A ONE DAY JOB. I'VE BEEN TOLD BY SOME THAT THE AMOUNT WE PAID WAS A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE. HOWEVER, I HAVE NO QUALMS: IT WAS A QUALITY JOB AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I WOULD RATE THEM A++ IF I COULD. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME, POLITE, VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED HOW THE MANTELS AND THE GAS LIGHT WORK. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE GAS LIGHT.

SHAD WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND CAREFUL ABOUT PROTECTING MY CARPET FROM SOOT AND DIRT. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE NEW LOGS, HE CONTACTED THE STORE, AND HAS MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE SET. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH PROTECTING THE CARPETING PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ALSO MADE A SECOND CALL TODAY DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH SHUT OFF AT NO CHARGE.

THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM I HAVE EVER FOUND AMONG CRAFTS PEOPLE. EVEN EXCEEDING THE DEMEANOR OF WHAT WE WOULD CALL TRUE PROFESSIONALS.

WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY FULLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. SHAD AND JEFF WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND WELL ORGANIZED. PRICE INCLUDES THE GAS LOGS.

INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. FIREPLACE LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE, AND THE WORK WAS OF GOOD QUALITY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
