I contacted him and he apologized and stated he would be there the next day. However, he never showed up and blocked me. I tried contacting him several ways and he will not respond. Several days later I found a bunch of the leftover cement that they dumped on the vacant property next door to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

Juanchi’s price was very competitive with the others, but they were the only company that provided a detailed description of the job at a solid price. They showed up on time and had everything they needed. They cleared a lot of bushes and debris, prepped the area, and poured the driveway. The new drive was poured next to the old, and it matches the existing driveway in color, texture, and looks. My neighbor, a retired cement contractor from Virginia, said their float man was amazing and that I got an excellent price for the job. I fully agree. What impressed me outside of the quality of their work was that when it was time to pay, they did not inflate the price!! And their cleanup was fast and very well done. This fall, I will be adding another driveway and an extension. I will only call one company as their quality and integrity are prodigious. The owner has pride in his work and honor in his words. "Rick and his crew did a fantastic job. I had them tear down the old wooden fence and replace it with vinyl fence. Also had them teardown old wooden deck and replaced with a compsite deck. On the side they built me a new ramp for my shed. Several years back they replaced my wooden front porch with a vinyl porch. Because of the excellent job they did back then it was a no-brainer to call them again for all this work. They did all the work last Christmas time frame. Now in June the gate needed adjustment. I sent him a text late in the afternoon and the next morning he was there to adjust the gate. Now that's how you tell how good someone is when they quickly come back 6 months later to fix something. Some people get the job to never be heard from again. I will always use him for anything I need done. He has made my house a lot less maintenance for me. No more painting the porch, fence, or deck."
