Build Pro + Design was recommended to me by a friend who has his carpet replaced and floors worked on. I called Pro Build and Brandon to get the front and rear doors replaced on my rental property and his team was quick to respond and they were very professional from start to finish. Within a day or two from my initial call for work, his team was on sight to get an accurate estimate of the work to be done. Once that was obtained, Brandon was clear with his explanation about the work, timeline and pricing. Once the work started, Brandon keep me informed on the progress and his team finished quickly and professionally and the work site was left cleaner than when they arrived. There was one minor touch up that needed to be fixed post repair and Brandon had his team on site first thing the next morning to handle the minor issue. The tenant is extremely happy with how the doors look and I’m happy that it was done right. I would recommend Brandon and Pro Build to anyone needed repair work on their property. I trust their work so much that I'm having him come to our primary residence for some remodel work.

I am sitting in a finished updated screen porch that is everything I hoped for. Pro Build took my initial idea and created a space that serves me and my family very well. We also now have a new full bath with a modern shower created from a simple washroom. Great work and dependable friendly customer service!

Brandon and his team were great to work with. Brandon communicated extremely well. His response time was excellent for reply texts or phone calls. He was very organized and clear about the work they would perform. Not only did they remodel our bathroom but replaced our deck boards as well as our sliding glass door. Each day the team cleaned all materials inside and outside. With the age of our home we were not surprised they came across some unforeseen issues. Brandon was forthright with his findings and worked to give us options within our budget. He would even suggest postponing if he felt the fix could wait. We truly appreciate all the consideration the team gave us while working in our home. They were always working and kind in all interactions. I highly recommend working with Pro Build + Design LLC!!
