The electricians arrived on time, went over the service that would be provided which allowed them to prioritize the work. They were courteous, very efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. They even suggested steps that could accomplish our goals in a more cost efficient manner. We would highly recommend Above Code Electric to everyone!

This is a wonderful company to use, very responsive, professional and competent. I was very pleased with the work done. I have several future projects in mind which will involve electrical work as a component. I will be using Above Code for this work.

Lionel was punctual, courteous, and professional. I had prewired many things to cut down on labor cost; however, some things had to be redone to be up to code. I was blown away by the great price because I thought bringing it up to code would be cost prohibitive. However, because I helped and because he didn't mark up the parts a great deal (if at all) and because he doesn't "milk the clock" like some people, I was able to get all the work done for a much lower cost than I expected. I would highly recommend Above Code Electric to anyone needing small or large residential work done professionally at an affordable price. I'm glad other Angie's List members recommended this family business.

They gave me a reasonable estimate of the cost involved in the electrical work we needed done and scheduled it in a reasonable time window. Were prompt and called ahead of timeto tell me they were on the way. They were clean, polite, friendly and professional at all times. Their work was above standard and went much more quickly than they or I thought. As a result, they offered to reduce the amount estimated - which I gratefully accepted!

Above code was punctual, professional and efficient. They called before the appointment to discuss work to be done to ensure that they had appropriate materials. They arrived on time and completed the work withing the estimated time including cleanup. i would recommend them and plan to use them for future projects.

Arrived on time, was able to use the materials we had purchased, got right to work. Very neat professional job - looks like it has always been there.

From the first contact with this company, a call from Angela, the customer service was excellent. She was helpful and accommodating, and had the job done the same week. The electrician, Lionel, was on time, professional, and a Red Sox fan. Really, what more could you ask for? I would use them again in a minute, and recommend them to my friends. I can't say enough great things. I wish I could find a plumber/handyman/painter, etc of the same quality.

Lionel was very straightforward in his assessment and repair of the cable. He even called Dominion Power on my behalf to make sure the cable was my responsibility. The repair went so smoothly that Lionel gave me an extra $25 discount. A special shot out to Dominion Power for being so efficient in disconnecting and reconnecting the main power.

Overall , service was professional, and performed in a timely manner.

They were here early, left late, and got the job done in a day and a half. They get all A's across the board and will use them again.

Master Electrician Lionel Richard is extremely professional- always on time, prompt with follow-up, very courteous. He is great about asking my opinion on things like which switch I use most and if I agree with his proposed lighting layout. For this call, he was able to come the next day to save me from a constantly tripping breaker. Pricing is extremely fair. I know nothing about electricity, but I feel totally confident in Lionel's expertise!
