Description of Work: Tried to fix my dishwasher. They let me know it would cost more to fix than to buy a new one. I appreciated their honesty.

Description of Work: I was not able to be at home when the service technician arrived but my father said he was on-time, professional, courteous and efficient. THe tech had my father call me while he was on-site so he could explain the problem and the repair needed and to get my approval to proceed. I was very satisfied with the services provided.

Description of Work: The dishwasher was leaking so I needed an appliance expert to detect the source and hopefully repair it. I got an appointment for the date and time I needed, they called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. Unfortunately, the problem required parts and due to the age of the dishwasher no parts were available. I was very pleased with this experience. My only critisim would be that a service fee to diagnose should not apply in addition to labor and materials. I understand a service fee as in my case the machine could not be repaired, and I should be charged for a visit, but if I had hired him to fix it, labor and materials too?! Overall though I was very happy with this company and would use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted the company regarding my front loading washer. The receptionist was polite, friendly and knowledgeable enough to anser my questions. She called me back approx 2hrs later with an estimate for the repair. In the end, we decided to do it ourselves, but I would use them in the future.
