Highly recommend Moore Appliance Service. They are one of a very few businesses that repair Maytags. They were able to come out to my house the day after I called (VERY grateful for that as a household of 8). Diagnosed and repaired my washing machine expertly. Very friendly and professional. Will use them again without hesitation.

Tim replaced a part but he didn't give my wife any estimate of repair cost before he charged her. Tim provided me an invoice via email, but the invoice didn't itemize charges, there was just the part listed and $314.77 at the bottom. Bear in mind that MOORE APPLIANCE SERVICE charges a flat $99 fee for a visit... why wasn't that listed on the invoice? WE called Tim on Saturday but he denied that he didn't ask my wife for approval before doing the work. His suggestion was that we call MOORE APPLIANCE SERVICE on Monday. So right now we have paid $314.77 and the refrigerator is still broken. NOTE that I wanted to edit the report I filed Friday, as when I wrote that report the refrigerator seemed to be working and we hadn't called Tim yet. I tried to edit the original report but couldn't so I'm writing this one.

I woke up to discover my fridge and freezer hadn't been cooling all night long. I originally called the Maytag service line and the soonest they could send someone was the next day, from a city 2 1/2 hours away. After scheduling it anyway, I looked up the company they were sending and they had a ton of negative reviews. So I searched locally and found Moore Appliance Service. They were able to send someone the day of, and even prioritized my service call since I had something scheduled later in the day. Steve called me at exactly noon (the start of the service time frame) and was here in 15 minutes. He ran the appropriate diagnostic and even cleaned out the dust from the back of the fridge, hoping that would be a simple solution to the problem. Unfortunately, my fridge repairs are much more intricate than that. He was honest and told me it would cost at least $1,000-$1,250 to repair the fridge. With such a costly repair on such an old model, I've decided to simply buy a new fridge. Steve was great in mentioning that there are refrigerators "in the back" at Lowe's that could help me save money on a new fridge. He was really nice and courteous and I would totally call them back if anything else breaks on me.

They were able to fix the propane issues that I was having with my stove. They also fixed my double convection oven. They are very knowledgeable and if they didn?t have experience with the product they would call the company to figure out to fix it. They are very wonderful on the pricing.

Technicians arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were very professional, using towels to protect counters and cleaning up after themselves. The repair was made and he explained what they did and how to prevent further problems. They will definitely be my first call for future issues. Recommend requesting an appointment through their website or call.

This was for a rental property, so we were not there to inspect the repairs. Our tenant was happy that the service was performed and the refrigerator was fixed. It took a couple of days from our initial request until they contacted us, but otherwise things went great.

I left a message over the weekend and first thing Monday morning they called to schedule an appointment for today. Tim was professional and thorough. He found the problem and unfortunately the costs of parts and repair weremore than the value of the washer. He was honest. We are thankful for that! We will definitely use Moore Appliance Service again!!

Jay arrived and immediately started troubleshooting the problem. He told me that he thought it was one of three things. It turned out to be a water valve inside the rear of the refrigerator, He had the part in his truck. He replaced it in a few minutes. This fixed the problem. He thoroughly cleaned up his work area and was on his way.. Jay was completely professional in his appearance and his work ethic. He is certainly an asset for his company.

They were honest, polite and on time. They are the best I have had since I have been here.

They offer a great warranty. Its better than buying with the major companies. The repair men are very good. They work in a timely manner.

The expense was much lower that I had expected. The repairman gave me alternatives on things that could be done for the repairs and the costs involved and allowed me choices. The repaired appliances are still working. He was friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience. The refrigerator had stopped cooling. They had no available appointments for 2 weeks but they fit me in the next day. The guy came out and performed the repairs in 20 minutes and fixed the relay. The scheduler and the maintenance supervisor were very helpful and kept me informed of when the technician would arrive. They were much better than your typical cable company that gives you a large time frame. They are definitely a professional outfit. It was shown through their customer service, appearance, and competence.

They came three times to fix the washer and dryer for m whirlpool washing machine. I did not pay anything because the appliances were all under warranty. I liked that they were prompt and seemed to have done good work.

They were so great! My old Flair rocks, but she has been sick lately. They treated my old oven and me with great respect. It is difficult sometimes to deal with old appliances, but they did a stellar job on my large appliance. I will call on them again! In fact, I am going to call them today about my washer.
