Our dehumidifier needed to be replaced and he was incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions concisely and patiently. Chris A and Austin installed the unit a couple of weeks later. They were also friendly, polite and completed the installation within a few hours. I asked them how to change the filter and they were more than eager to show me. Lastly, Josh and Aaron came a couple of days later to install the hygrometer and splash block. They were professional and efficient. No complaints."
