Jeff gets high marks for customer service. He worked me in on the same day that I first made contact with Service Magic. He diagnosed the problem, needed a few parts to repair it, returned within 45 minutes and completed the repair in a driving rain storm.

Mr. Sappelt contacted me immediately after I requested help from ServiceMagic. He came to home that morning, repaired the roof in minutes and gave an estimate for gutter guards. I think the cost was a high, but the fact that the problem was dealt with in such a short time was worth the money. I will certainly contact him again if we run into any roofing problems. Also, we'll most likely have the gutter system installed by him in the near future.
