Sappelt Roofing & Repair

The Sappelt group replaced a skylight and repaired surrounding roof quickly, neatly. Looks great, guess we will test it out when it rains.

Jeff was very nice and when asked he fixed the roof leak right away. he went on the roof inspected roof and repaired and did not leave the mess for me to clean. I think price was very high.

We ended up getting a new roof and couldn't be happier.

Jeff was honest and forthcoming regarding the work we needed for the roof. He was very professional and quick; the repair was done within 24 hours after contacting his company.

Jeff S. was able to come and give an estimate on the Monday after we first talked on a Saturday. He came and did an inspection of the roof, identified some additional potential problems, and submitted an estimate for fixing all of them. Checking with another roofer (who had also submitted an estimate), convinced us that doing the additional repairs was worthwhile. Jeff was quick to do the repairs and did an excellent job (well, it hasn't rained yet), but they did leave about 80-100 loose nails scattered on the roof, which I picked up afterwards. Overall, we were happy with their service.

Jeff came to give an estimate and because the fix was minor, he was able to complete the work quickly. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome and service and would recommend Sappelt to any needing this type of work

He and his family/men worked quickly doing a great job repairing my roof, replacing fascia and installing gutters. I appreciated that he expained all the things that he was going to do and the yard was left clean as a pin.

Jeff did a great job. He was thorough and fast to respond. He even found a leak in our A/C drain. He watched the weather and came to do our repairs earlier than scheduled so we would not have any more trouble. Nice guy who explained everything in detail. We would highly recommend him and will!

It was a positive experience having Jeff Sappelt come out to fix my roof ! Jeff is the owner and when you call his number he answers the phone - no answering service. He came over and did an initial assessment of the work that needed to be done, then provided an estimate of cost and a timeframe on when he could start and how long it would take. In this case it took only a few hours to remove and replace water damaged wood and replace shingles. Excellent work, very professional - cleaned up after the job - excellent ! I would use his services again !

We discovered a hole in our roof rather unexpectedly. We called and they were there immediately. They were very friendly and efficient. It was repaired the next day. Very impressive. We would certainly call them again.

Did not finish the job, I did not tell him to, but would have liked it done in a quality time frame. Response was very quick and I was happy with that. I felt that I was overcharged for the roof install on my shed but I needed this done ASAP. Overall not a bad job.
