Murphy came out on a Sunday afternoon. He evaluated my issue with the grass and HOA complaint. He decided that there wasn't any need to provide sod, but to let nature take its course. That's the type of honesty and integrity rarely seen in the business world today. He also composed a letter to my HOA with a explanation of his findings. I highly recommend the The Sod Man for your next project.

I wish I would have found The Sod Man sooner!! I have struggled with my backyard for many years and now it is perfect and I am very happy. Murphy responded quickly to my request, came by on a Wednesday and gave me and estimate and the sod was installed the following Saturday. The Sod Man crew was very efficient and professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend The Sod Man to make your yard look beautiful like he did mine!!

My only MINOR complaint was that we didnâ t communicate before they came to prep the area and I let my dogs outside and didnâ t know anyone was out there. But the fact that when I told them Iâ d like them to do the work, they were done within the week. I thought they did an amazing job and the guys that did the work were so friendly and kind.

In order to be compliant with my HOA covenants, I had to have my entire yard torn out and replaced. Murphy came out, provided a time and cost estimate, which was in line with the other estimates I received. The work was done quickly and professionally and he even helped resolve some problems with my irrigation system, which hadn't been used since I bought the house 7 years ago. While I really didn't want to have the lawn replaced, he and his team made a difficult situation much more bearable. I would highly recommend The Sod Man.

Owner Murphy and team have been impressive from scratch. It started from an almost immediate call back after initial reaching out. We were given very transparent estimates on cost and timeline which expedited entire decision making process. Team showed up on the scheduled dates and times to methodically follow the flow of services previously communicated. They made sure to use different tillers to remove old lawn of irregular shapes while leaving dozens of underground sprinkler heads intact without any damages. Great cares there! Sods were cut into varieties of shapes to ensure all area covered in good appearance. Overall a great job done with none uncertainty for the best results. Entire service also include follow up visits several weeks after initial installation and possible more. Highly recommend their work!!

We highly recommend The Sod Man. Murphy is extremely professional and responsive. He came to our home on a Saturday to inspect our yard and give us an estimate. We valued his expertise and recommendations and trusted him immediately. Within a day, he sent a quote to us and we communicated back and forth until we scheduled the work. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process and we were able to schedule and have install within a week! His team was top notch, friendly and professional all in one. We could not believe how quickly they prepped, delivered and installed the sod and mulch without sacrificing quality. It looks INCREDIBLE in our backyard now. The install team installed a timer, added additional hoses and sprinklers, taught us how to use it and plan to come back within a few days to check the sod. They even came back the next morning to move the sprinklers by request! I cannot recommend The Sod Man enough! Murphy, Justin, Kayleigh and the entire team are excellent and you will love the work!

Still have drainage problems but after sales service excellent.

It was a great experience. Changes made late via email were accommodated easily with no issues. Everything thing happened exactly as described and the guys that did the work were very nice, worked efficiently and quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

Need sod? Look no further. Best price out of several quotes. Never knew my yard could look this good. Very responsive. Even set up sprinklers!

We just had the sod installed, and so far it looks great. They were very friendly, and efficient workers.

They were professional and timely. We will know more about our grass when we come back from vacation. They are supposed to come by and check on it.

Dry hard working and neat and nice people

We hired The Sod Man to put down fescue sod in our front and side yard. We were beyond thrilled with the results! Murphy was so helpful from the beginning to the end of the project. The crew was really great to work with and made this a wonderful experience! They set up sprinklers throughout the yard along with a timer system to automatically water twice a day. The sod took to the yard and looks amazing! I would highly recommend this company!
