"The job went great! They took out an old multi-tiered wooden deck, reshaped the whole area, and put in an amazing stone patio with wall benches and lighting. Our backyard was a disaster from where we'd had a large tree taken out recently that dominated the entire space, but they graded everything beautifully, laid down sod, and the yard now looks amazing. Completely transformed our entire backyard, better than we could have imagined. Nicolas and team were great to work with, very responsive to any questions, helped us choose all of the materials we wanted, and turned our loose vision into reality. Would definitely use again in the future."

"New screened in deck in the Smithfield/Wilson’s Mills area. We are so very pleased with the quality of work done on our deck. They came sooner than we thought & had it done quickly. They cleaned up the area afterwards, leaving the deck ready to use. We had a few issues with minor things, but Maegan has been on top of them all to get them taken care of. We would definitely recommend Elite Xteriors as the go to for a deck build!"

"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."
