Description of Work: They built and extensive walkway, laid a driveway, and landscaped our property. They also built a porch.They also modified our house and put in drainage pipes.

 + -1 moreThe irrigation system was functional and the Hunter controller that was included was top notch. The only complaint we have is that ONS did a minimal job of installing the landscaping. The sool was not amended and concrete residue was buried with the plants causing problems for two years. Ultimately we had to replace half of the plants and replant the others. Also, they only dug holes no larger than the size of the roots with no added amendments. I have never seen that done before. In all we we not pleased with the job and had to correct it over the two years we have been here.
Description of Work: Installed basic irrigation system and landscaped the front beds.

Description of Work: Minimal landscaping to conform to builder's budget. Implementation varied for good to poor and a large percentage of the plants did not make it to Spring. They did replace the two large holly trees but these soon showed signs of trouble. Most probably shock. They are trying hard but have not satisfied us to this point. We got 34 plants, some mulch and a lot of pine straw, two sprinkler heads to go with 4 areas of grass (partial lawn) and a drip system to handle the plants. This ran $15,000.
