Mark came out to our house to give us a free estimate. Though he was delayed by some other jobs, he remained in contact with me and came to our house as soon as possible. We had originally asked for vinyl railing which would have been more expensive. Mark explained to us that the wood railing was in good shape and only a few warped pieces need to be replaced. This saved us about $1500. His associates did excellent work, they went above and beyond what was expected, by replacing all the treads on all the decks. I was not charged extra for this additional work. The painting was delayed by rain, but I'm glad they waited until the weather was dry to prevent cracking and bubbling from too much moisture. The painters did an excellent job, and finished all decks in two days. Mark never asked for any money until the work was completed. It is hard to find contractors willing to drive out to the country to do work, I am grateful for Mark, and I look forward to working with him again.

I contacted Mark in March to get an estimate on extensive repairs to my home. He replied with a timely written estimate. We agreed on a price and work started in May and was completed within a week.

Because of the rainy weather in December and January there were delays in getting the footing and framing done. Once roof was on the work progressed rapidly. My new addition looks like it belongs on the house. It is perfect.

Wonderful! From the very beginning to the very end, Clifton (owner) was very attentive. Clifton did a detailed assessment of what he felt was needed and explained in very good and understandable detail the work that would be done. His politeness and punctual were exceptional. I did not want to be upsold for more work than was necessary. The estimate was very detailed and I was given options, which I appreciated. I had another estimate done by a different contractor, and this estimate was slightly lower and I had a higher level of confidence with Triangle Renovations. We discussed each and settled on a plan that was affordable and addressed the major concern of siding components that were compromising the integrity of the home. Work began within a day of agreeing on what would be done. Staff were punctual, hard working and very polite. Work was completed on schedule. The craftsmanship was exceptional. I have an eye for detail, and really scrutinized the seems, joints and board alignment. All were done with a high degree of quality. I was also very pleased to note that additional boards were replaced without charge, as the crew assessed that more needed replacing in the area where they were only to replace a few selected boards.

(Written by Ron) The job went very well. The windows (all but two) arrived about 2 weeks after we made the agreement and I made a 50% deposit. Mark worked around my schedule so that I could be home when the work was done. The contract included only sash replacement and cleanup - not painting. All windows had been sized correctly and there were no issues during installation. Most of the work was completed in 1 day by Mark and his helper. Mark and a helper returned on a Saturday morning to finish the two 72" fixed windows which took longer to arrive, due to their unusual dimensions. Their work was very good. The workers were careful to keep things clean. I am perfectly satisfied with the results. I am happy that Mark did not try to "oversell" the job - he encouraged me to go with sash replacements rather than replacing whole windows (which had been recommended by another salesman). As a result of this job and my previous roofing job with Mark (see my review), I am contracting him for additional work on my home. Mark is a very trustworthy businessman with great integrity. You cannot go wrong contracting your home repairs with Mark.

I have had previous very positive experiences using Triangle Renovation in the past at our home in Bahama not once but twice. So when I needed to have work done on my Mothers home, it was a very easy decision to make. Mr. Daily came to the house and made quite a list of things that needed attention, it matched up very well with my list. He even caught a few things that I had overlooked. I really appreciated that he knew that I was looking out for my Mom's best interest and trying to keep the budget in check. He delivered a very fair estimate and stuck to it, no surprises. The work was performed on time and in a very professional manner. When he was done the cleanup was spotless and I was and still am super pleased with the results.

The work done was very professional and you cannot identify the sections of shingles that were replaced. Overall I'm very happy with the work and the flashing and roof looks great.

They did a wonderful job with both projects. They were very responsive to our need and allowed for changes in the design of the project during the construction phase. We were very pleased with their work and would use them again.

Mark and his crew were excellent. Mark was great to work with and was very responsive to requests. I originally got an estimate in March, but needed to get some other work completed first. It wasn't until late June that we finally proceeded with the project. I expected Mark to have to come out and give me another estimate, since so much time had passed. He came out the same day I contacted him, and despite adding a couple small soffit repairs to the job he decided to honor his original estimate price. It was so nice doing business with a family owned company that stands behind its work. Two days later a truck came by and dropped off the supplies, and Mark's crew showed up the following morning. They were extremely polite and friendly, and kept a very clean job site. They removed the old siding and trim and installed all the new material in one day. The painter's came the following day and caulked all the joints and painted the new siding with paint that matched the remainder of the house exactly. Mark called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with everything before we arranged for payment. This is an excellent company that I will highly recommend to others (I already have). I will absolutely use Triangle Renovations for any further work that I need done on my house.

Mark arrived on time for the estimate and provided a detailed estimate that included everything we discussed. I had to postpone the work due to HOA approval for the subsequent painting of the siding and Mark was more than patient and understanding with the lengthy delay. When I was ready for the work to be completed, Mark quickly fit me in his schedule and completed the work in less than two days. He and Carlos did a great job on the siding and went above and beyond by trimming some trees that were the likely source of some of the siding damage. Mark was very easy to work with, and I would use him again for future house repairs.

Written by Ron, who was present during all the work. I contracted Triangle Renovations to replace the roof on my 2-story house and on a large outbuilding with a barn-shaped roof. They did not give the lowest estimate, but they were close. I picked them because, after talking with Steve Sykes, I felt comfortable that they would provide the quality I wanted. It was a real pleasure to work with Steve in setting up the project. Steve arrived promptly after my initial call and was very professional. He described the company in detail, highlighting the quality of workmanship and materials used in their roofing jobs. He described several points that set their workmanship apart from the usual - * shingles are hammered by hand - no nail guns - strictly following the manufacturer's installation recommendations * the roofers keep their skills up to date by attending classes * employees are legal and fully insured (very important!) * extremely diligent in cleaning up nails and trash * use of high-tech underlayment (Titanium UDL-25 Plus) that is far superior to roofing felt * use of high-tech ice/water shield in all valleys and penetration points * use of lead pipe boots so you won't have rubber seals that decay and leak over time Steve recommended the Certainteed Landmark *Designer* series of architectural shingles (lifetime warranty) and provided upgrade estimates for various higher grades that interested me. He also worked very diligently to provide addresses of homes with new roofs using the Landmark series in the three different colors I was considering. (After viewing them, I picked "Moire Black", which Steve had initially recommended.) I decided to use the Landmark *Premium Designer* series which is a heavier shingle (300 pounds vs. 240 pounds per square) and gives an additional 5 years (15 years total) on their "StreakFighter" warranty against streaking and discoloration caused by airborne algae. I live around many trees and "black streaks" are common on roofs. Furthermore, the color I chose will mask these streaks when they eventually begin to grow. I also upgraded the underlayment to the commercial-grade (UDL-50) with a 50-year warranty. The roofers took special care to use the recommended installation procedures for "steep slopes" on my barn, which involved additional nailing and the application of roofing cement. Steve worked around *my* schedule. The roofers arrived on a Monday morning. There was a 3-4 hour delay as rain moved through, but everything was going full bore after lunchtime. Removing an old roof makes a terrible mess. I was amazed at the care that was taken to thoroughly protect areas near the house and to completely clean up at the end of each day. The roofers were very polite and were quick to ask questions related to my special requests. They arrived each morning promptly at 9 AM and left each afternoon between 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM. Mark (the owner) stopped by each day to check on the crew. Steve stopped by repeatedly on Tuesday and Wednesday. Early Wednesday, it became apparent that they would run a few bundles short of shingles. Steve drove great distances to locate a supply of these shingles which are normally "special order" and not in stock. He made sure the additional bundles were on-site before the roofers ran out, so there was no delay. Wednesday afternoon at 5:15 PM I said goodbye to the roofers. Everything had been put back in its place, there was no trash, my deck was clean, and the roof on my house and the out-building look absolutely beautiful! I am so impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and value received that I asked for an estimate on window replacement. Once again, Steve was immediately there, samples and tape measure in hand, and quickly provided the estimate. I feel confident that this new project will move forward once I complete my learning curve. I am an Engineer and very particular about details. Take my advice. Use this company. There are any number of ways a contractor can cut corners and provide the lowest estimate, but replacing the roof on your home is a big deal and quality is very important. (I have experienced unscrupulous contractors, so I know how stressful things can get.) You can trust that these guys will be extremely responsive, complete the job quickly, and you will be very happy with the results. You will know that your satisfaction is important to them. Oh, and one more thing - no deposit was required. The total amount was due only after Mark stopped by on Friday morning (giving me plenty of time to look everything over) to perform the final inspection and make sure that I was completely satisfied. No surprises - the amount due matched the proposal precisely.

They came out right away and gave us an estimate. They came back in a couple of days and fixedit, they also agrred to come back if it didn't work for free.

We called Mr. Bowen last week and he came out the same day to provide an estimate. They were able to schedule the repair right away. Mr. Bowen and his two assistants were very professional and worked quickly. They not only repaired the floor system and porch they also repaired the door frame and entryway. They did excellent work and it was wonderful to come home to a completely fixed entryway and floor.

Nice. Small job, yet finished in under an hour, so we chatted & drank coffee. Great service, I now have my "go-to" handymen.

we had some wind damage to our detached garage so it needed repaired and re-shingled. Triangle renovators repaired the damage, replaced rotten wood and re-shingled the entire roof on both the main house and the detached garage, plus they replaced all of the gutters on both building with "leaf guard" type gutters and the appropriate downspouts. The workers left some debris after they had cleaned up, but they did the best clean up of any group I have ever had out to work on the house. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and service and plan to use them for house projects in the future.

I cannot give a strong enough recommendation for Mark and his team. They not only performed all aspects of the job to the quoted price and time frame, but went above and beyond to provide ongoing information on status, take time to show us their work, and were extremely nice and professional the entire time. We could not be more happy with their work, and our house looks fantastic!

Triangle Renovations gave an estimate and started the work when I was ready. They helped accommodate my dogs and my kids! The whole crew was qualified and professional as well as being friendly. They did a great job, stuck to the budget and finished on time. The crew cleaned up and they left all of the wood scraps that I asked for.

Impressive ! From estimate to clean-up, everything went like clockwork. I need to upload a photo of the new deck, cuz words alone won't do it justice. Mark took a dilapidated, old, cookie-cutter deck and created deck art. The horizontal decking runs at a 40 degree angle from the house siding - generating interest & gives a more spacious feel. The steps are wide and come off the deck from one of the corners, also at a 40 degree angle. Cool. I'll be proud to entertain on this deck. Mark & I have already made arrangements to re-side the house next month. Great price. Thank you Angies List !

Great - all of the jobs were completed in a single day, with surprisingly minimal disruption to me in my home office. Mark and his assistant were on time, friendly and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves completely. They got along well with my large and energetic outdoor dogs, and took care to see that neither of my indoor cats escaped. I'm really pleased with the quality of their work, and the relatively short interval between my initial request for a quote and the completion of the job. Even though I live out in the country, it's good to know there is capable, reliable remodeling/handyman help nearby.

I liked them. They seemed like good, honest people. I would have used them, but I thought their quote was too high for the small amount of work, and the big amount of work was too big to swallow. I got someone else to do the work.

Prompt estimate. Final cost was a little higher, to be expected with renovations-you never know till you start taking it apart! Will use him again!

Steve Sykes and Mark Dailey (and really their entire crew) were very pleasant to work with. They listened to what I wanted done and did precisely what I asked them to do. They weren?t pushy in any way. Their estimated cost was very reasonable, less than other quotes I received. There were no extra charges at the end. The work was done promptly, and on my schedule. Steve kept in contact throughout the progress of the work (even though he had to spend a day in the emergency department and a night in the hospital!). The work itself was expertly done. I would use them again without hesitation, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to others.
