This is the second time I have used them. In regards to restoration, I would not have any other other do the work. They are very good.

Mark and John visited several times to plan for the project. They were cordial, professional and customer friendly. They were responsive and willing to offer suggestions as well as hear our wishes for the project even as the project was in progress. Project was finished on schedule even with two brief unavoidable delays. Company was responsible for concrete foundation, framing, installation of hardiplank siding, windows, wallboard, and ceramic tile. Company hired excellent subcontractors for roofing, electrical, ptac unit, and exterior painting. Site was kept clean; construction debris was removed. We are very pleased with the outcome!

I spoke to them and am waiting on an estimate from them. I didn't have a very good first impression of them, but that's not to say that they're bad. They weren't very aggressive in getting me to choose them for the job. I had to call them for a follow-up.

Mark and his crew were thorough and professional. Good people, worth the call.

Mark was quick, efficient, professional, friendly, experienced, prompt, responsible, easy to work with, and cleaned up after himself. Very good experience, would highly recommend.

I had found some rotted trim on the exterior of my home around the chimney area - yikes! At my son's soccer game I asked if any one knew of a good home repair person, I was given an introduction to Mr. Mark Dailey who was attending the same game. Mr. Dailey said he would be glad to come out and look at the job. Mr. Dailey came to my home, and went over the over in detail all the work to be performed in preparation of his estimate. We looked at the project together, he pointed out all the of the areas of concern that went beyond my observations. It tuned out the problem was worse than I thought. Mr. Dailey was very good in answering all of my questions and concerns. I signed a contract with a firm price and an estimated date for completion. Mr. Dailey showed up on time and completed ahead of schedule. He showed us great care and concern by working to stay ahead of some heavy rain in the forecast. When I came home that day it was hard to tell that his crew had been there, my yard was neat and clean, all debris was gone, and the house looked great. In a follow up call to be sure that I was satisfied, Mr. Dailey shared some observations about my home, giving me some very appreciated advice about some items that needed some attention, and how to do them.

When Hurricane Gustav blew over a large tree onto our roof I called Rodney Taylor at a roofing contractor, as he had done such a good job re-shingling the roof earlier this year. Because there was significant structural work involved that was beyond their expertise they recommended a general contractor, Mark Dailey (Triangle Renovations). Together they drew up an estimate for the combined structural and roofing work. They had an engineer assess the roof truss damage and draw up details of the necessary repairs. The plan they came up with was within the budget provided by our homeowners policy settlement, and we signed a contract with Triangle Renovations that included not only the repair of hurricane-related damage but also the completion of a re-siding job that I had done half of already on my own. The work went very smoothly, was on schedule, and displayed a consistent attention to detail & craftsmanship. I am a woodworker and very particular that things be done the right way. I can honestly say that the half of the siding job completed by Triangle Renovations is equal to the part I painstakingly did on my own. Everything else was done equally well.

Did a great job and stayed with the estimate. Was very professional. Gave a good estimate. It was a little tough getting the estimate at first. But the work was well done and he was very quick, neat and professional.

Masonite siding requires LOTS of maintenance. Because the side of our home gets the brunt of the weather (there are no eves on the sides of our home), the siding was deteriorating very quickly. We decided to replace the siding with Hardiplank so maintenance was minimal. Mark and his crew arrived and quickly nailed down a plan and got started right away. Triangle Renovations does fantastic, quality work. A pleasure to work with and highly recommended!
