Found copperhead in the back yard in an area where family works and plays and the pets walk. Called and within 30 minutes the owner/operator came. Well done, efficient, helpful with questions, with education to back up the work. Also, insured and licensed in NC. Would call again for all kinds of animal removal.Do call a professional; do not attempt to remove by oneself.

This is a wonderful company. They’re able to provide a wide range of services, and I think they are very knowledgeable. I’ve been very, very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. For example, they’ll come in between our quarterly appointments if needed and this is done free of charge. Basically, they are top notch all the way. I would highly recommend them!

We started to hear some of the loudest, strangest scratching noises up at the ceiling on the far side of our home. We knew it could not be mice or even rats, as loud as it was. I figured it was squirrels, and we got a recommendation for Triangle Wildlife Removal from both our usual pest control group and here on Angie's list. The gentleman who arrived was incredibly friendly and polite, and by asking one single question, confirmed the pest to be squirrels. He looked up in our attic, and didn't see any damage or critters. Then, he went to the roof, took a picture with his phone, and showed us... the buggers had gnawed a hole in the roof overhang, and were trying to set up shop in our drain pan. While he was up there, he checked to see if there were any live animals. He also scouted around the rest of the roof for other points of entry. A trap was installed on the roof that would catch squirrels trying to get out, and block others from getting in. We spoke at length about the work that TWR does, and we were happy to hear how many steps they took to keep from hurting the animals they were going to remove. The trap was monitored daily for about five days, and when no animal emerged, and all of the scratching ceased, we knew it was handled. TWR installed some heavy flashing over the hole, and I'm happy to say we haven't had any issues at all since then! We won't go to anyone else if we have these kinds of issues again! TWR was so reasonable with cost, so friendly and helpful!

other He arrived at 8:30am and went right up into the attic. He came down to tell us we had mice in our attic. He then went around the house to find out how they might have gotten in. He found a small hole where the new AC was put in this year. He caulked up the hole and put down traps in the attic and in the crawl space. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We were so impressed we signed up for their quarterly pest control service and will be cancelling my current one.

My experience with them went well. They came the first time on June the 27th and they came back on August the 8th. They had to make two trips. It was not their fault but it was a process that they had to follow. It required two trips. They put up a netting material on one way for the bats to leave so that they couldn’t get back in. After they had all left which was about a few weeks later, they came back and took the netting down and put up a permanent screen. I looked through Angie’s List and I chose to go with them as they had good reviews. I called them and talked with them. I appreciated what they had to say and decided to hire them. The people who came out were helpful, courteous and friendly. The price was fine. I spent about $400. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are on Angie’s List; that’s why I went with them. I spent about $260 for their services. I liked that they were very punctual. They came right away when I called them like within the next morning. I saw the squirrel that afternoon. The guy was very professional and very friendly. He explained everything he was going to do before he did the work. He came out everyday to inspect the trap to see if anything was caught in there. Then he used to leave me an updated note at my door saying that nothing was caught that day. When he finally got the last squirrel, he said that there was no activity within the last three days. He said that he would go ahead and close the hole. He told us to call him back if we had more problems. They were cheaper than what they first told me it was going to be. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I had a positive experience. They made sure they explained everything that they were going to do. When they didn’t get everything at one time, they came back. They came back and waited until they made sure that all the bats were completely out before they finished the job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We were having a problem with ants and roaches in the house. Spraying bug spray and laying down traps wasn't working like they had in previous years. TWR came over and sprayed inside and out. They explained what the service was and how it worked. They explained why one might want to sign up for an annual contract. They explained which pests their treatment worked for and which chemicals to look up on the internet, if I were so inclined. Ross was very informative and thorough. He explained that the problem should go away in about a week. He let us know that we may see some dead or dying bugs straggling behind. A week later, no sign of bugs.

Good- they set live traps and saved as many animals as possible. It was always tough to know what we were paying for though...

We found a live snake in our house and were unable to determine how it got in. We were also concerned that there might be more and that this snake had found a way to get in from the crawl space. We called Triangle Wildlife Removal and set a day and time. Their employee arrived on time, was polite, thorough and professional. He checked all of the outside openings to the house and the crawl space. No snakes where found and no openings in the crawl space that it could have used to get into the house. It remains a mystery.

They are very responsive and their treatment seems to work. I have a termite contract as well with them.

Tad Bassett of Triangle Wildlife Removal was terrific. He arrived literally one hour after I called him requesting his help in removing a snake that was curled up in the joists of my back deck. He removed the snake, and checked my crawl space for any additional snakes -- thankfully, there were none! I then asked him about a mice problem we've been having for quite some time. He showed me entry points where mice were getting into the crawl space, and gave me some practical and reasonably priced suggestions for closing up those entry points. He then arranged to have one of his associates come the next day to take care of the work involved in closing of the entry points for the mice. His charges were reasonable, and his responsiveness - he arrived within one hour of my distress call regarding the snake - was phenomenal!

Tad Bassett was absolutely phenomenal. The quality of work was great. He was very punctual and the job only took about 45 minutes to complete. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how accommodating they were. Tad is someone I would and have referred to friends and neighbors.

They seem to be very knowledgeable and professional, and did a good job. The only thing that wasn't the best was me not knowing what the rates were and how the bill would add up, but then again I didn't ask: I just wanted the critters gone,and expected to pay the going rate.

Raccoon had torn a 12" square hole in siding of house and was in attic. This was the 3rd company I called; the first two could not respond that day. Triangle Wildlife went out of their way to get someone to my house the same day, working in between other jobs. Alec was excellent and very knowlegable. He set a trap and place repellants in the attic. Nothing was trapped so days later I placed papers in the enterance hole to see if there would be any activity. Nothing was distrurbed so he came back, removed the trap, put metal over the hole and repaired the siding so it looks like new. The animal not coming back was the best solution. I believe that Triangle Wildlife Removal is the most reasonably priced company around, certainly better than the first two I called and they were excellent.

A technician came by and looked through the attic. He couldn't find evidence of any animal in the house. Indeed there hadn't been any scratching behind the walls for a while. However, he was able to find out how an animal could get into the attic and then into the walls. Since he couldn't find any animal to remove, he didn't charge me for that. He let me know what would happen if the bird perished in the walls. He checked the perimeter of the house for any other possible places for critters to get into the house. He installed a vent cap for the original problem. The technician was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was late for the appointment, but aside from that, he was very professional. The bill broke down as $85 for the service call and $20 for the vent cap.

the above process required 4 or 5 different visits spanning over a period of a month. tad was very precise in quoting me the cost of the process and what would be involved in the process of ridding the house of the bats and the prevention of re- entry. his team of men were all very courteous and knowledgable....all american /well spoken guys. ALL IN ALL..WORK LOOKS GREAT AND BATS ARE GONE!!!

We had a bat in our house, which we shooed away. We found these guys on Angie's list and they were really responsive -- they explained the typical ways bats enter and what they would do during the appointment, and set up a visit for two days following. The one major issue we had was the guy just didn't show up. It was not the person from the phone, but his colleague. We phoned to ask what was going on, and they conceded that they'd had a mix up in communications internally. They apologized, said they would reduce the charge of the appointment, and arranged for a visit another day. That second visit worked out well. They investigated the attic and the chimney, advised that our cap had not been properly installed, and made the necessary repair. They didn't charge us for the professional service fee, just the cap work. I've had similar issues where other service people haven't arrived or have arrived very late. In my experience companies are rarely apologetic about it. Triangle Wildlife acknowledged their mistake, apologized and made good. I'd tap them again if we have an animal removal issue, though hopefully we won't.

My wife has stopped calling them because it is useless. We still use them, but we are looking around. The price has seemed okay. They do return phone calls, but they are typically late when they come.

The overall process went very well. I contacted the company on a Friday, and they were out the next Monday, and got right to work.
